I ordered grilled Halibut with Greek salad. This place is way overpriced and the fish is not even fresh. I’m not sure about other reviews, may be if u get fish n chips for $10 it’s a good price, but for $22 it’s not a great experience.

Came here on a Sunday for their $10 Haddock & chips deal. This deal is available on every Sunday and Monday while there is also a $11 Cod & chips deal on Wednesdays.With regards to this $10 deal, prices here are very reasonable, considering the portion of fresh cut fries and it’s battered haddock fish. In no way, both the battered haddock and the fresh cut fries were greasy at all. The fish was also not heavily battered that undercut the proportion of flesh that you’ll get.Apart from the fish & chips, the fish chowder here impressed me too. For $3+, you get a medium sized bowl of a slightly thick consistency soup with generous portions of fish slices. On a cold day, getting the perfectly seasoned fish chowder was not a bad idea at all. There was also no need to garnish it with the complimentary pepper seasoning on the table.Apart from the food, the staff here were very friendly and attentive to our needs such as providing us with hot sauce along with the tartar sauce.With the faultless service and very value for money food at this establishment, I already see myself being a regular here on days that have the $10 haddock & chips deal

The best Halibut House branch is this one. Frank and Garry are the best as cooking serving and customer care issues. This branch iscalso the most hygenic Halibut House I have visited. The sweatheart at front desk Vanessa is also a very friendly, smart and a nice smiling one. Please keep up like this. Tom thanks to you ✌️
Very good food and very reasonable price compare to other location at aurora and Markham location. The place is very clean and the server name Vanessa was super friendly. I definitely recommend my friends to come.

What a wonderful place. Amazing taste.. fresh, lightWe ordered seafood platter with haddock shrimp and scallops. Wow.. perfectly cooked juicy and tender. Also we ordered fish tacos. They were awesome. This is our 2nd visit and I loved those tacos which made me come back. And the server I could say cherry on the cake. She was so nice, warm and attentive. As someone else said in other review, never lost her smile
