This is one of my favourite shops. We always go here whenever we are around the area or when we can. We always enjoy their coffees and treats. We have tried a lot, but I am always drawn to their Chocolate Book (croissant filled with chocolate that is not too sweet), and their butter croissant. No wonder this store is busy with people going in and out having a bag of their goods in tow. Nice employees, amazing pastries, a clean place, and a great space to park.
I always love coming to Duo Patisserie. The atmosphere is so quaint and aesthetic, and the desserts are always yummy. I've ordered cakes from Duo a number of times and I have never been disappointed. I've also gotten some of their baked goods - all which have been good too!The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend their drinks in addition to their cakes!!
I have been to cafe but never been to this one. This place has most of all the stuff cafe has. Its very popular I saw many people came by. I had croissant and cup of coffee on the day. As always croissant is perfect. I wish I can eat it every morning ❤️
First time visiting this patisserie as we needed a last minute cake on Saturday morning. We called 10 minutes prior to arrival to ask if they had any cakes on hand and the girl who picked up the phone was kind and courteous and advised that they did. When we arrived, we were surprised see a line up - but it moved quickly. We ended up getting a bunch of croissants in addition to a cake as everything looked really good! My favourite croissant was the ham and cheese, which was good room temperature, but even better heated up as per their heating instructions! We also picked up the Soleil cake, which absolutely exceeded our expectations! This is one of the best cakes I've had. Light and refreshing, with a unique flavour coming from the mint cream. I've had plenty of mango cakes before, but the mango grapefruit combination was exceptional! Would not hesitate to get this cake again!Prices are higher than your average bakery, but the artistry and flavours of the cakes justify the prices.
Got this as a treat which was pretty delicious. Our favourite was the Mont Blanc and Virgo. The pearl was a little too unique for me but my family liked it. I love their croissant !
Would you believe if I said there is a lineup outside the store even on a weekday?! Because they are that good! My first experience purchasing from them and I loved the cakes. They are a little pricey but hey no regrets for the money gone! Defo coming back!
The croissants are so crispy and must eat on the spot. Their pastries are very good and especially Mont Blanc is phenomenal with good chestnut flavor. Staff are helpful and surely must for a try. Pricing is also spectacularly expensive that made me drop a star.
Would Return.Cute spot - I'd come back to try it again and test the coffee. Not the same level as Blackbird or French Made for croissants.Tarts and things were pretty normal.Lots of variety, so something for everyone.
Came here one morning before opening. And let me tell you it was soo worth the wait. I will never get tired of The smell of perfectly baked pastries. My favourite which was introduced to me by the owners sister Joy is the honey twist! Soo flaky with just a touch of sweet. My next favourite is the almond croissant. These had just came out the oven and biting into it was heavenly. Honestly if you want to try these out I suggest you go in the morning before or right after opening. As I was leaving the store, it was already forming a line outside.
A fantastic and lovely bakery cafe in Markham ! Can't believe I didn't hear about this place for awhile. Croissants and treats here are really yummy and they have lots of croissant variations that are super unique like roast beef and turkey bechamel! Their coffee is also very good, I believe they serve Rufino (from Concord) and it was really nice to have in store while snacking on my pastries! Didn't get to check out the cakes but lots of people came in to buy them!
