They had a delay for my order more than 1 hr and 15 min after anticipating time. And they will not care about this issue after I called. They told me the manager will call , which not happened
We returned home and found our cheesy bread very poorly made with little to no cheese, and no garlic butter. We called the store to see what the policies were for incorrectly made food.Our pizza was light on cheese as well.We were left in hold for several minutes and had to request service several times. When finally speaking to a manager we were told to text a picture of the product to their personal cell phone where they would determine if the food was unsatisfactory enough for us.We were then offered the potential to drive to pick up another cheesy bread. The store was reluctant to even offer this service. We declined because we had spent enough time on hold, postponing our weeknight dinner.We are disappointed with both the food service and customer service and will not be returning to this location.
Had best experience with location all because of employee named Mohit. He is excellent pizzamaker and customer representative. Toppings was evenly placed on pizza. Kudos to Mohit ??
Used to be better few months ago, but last 2 orders really messed up and left literally a bad taste.1st time seal on pizza was opened and pizza was cold, they say they are training their staff and resend so we had to wait 90 minutes overall for pizza! 2nd time again an hour waiting, called and worker just say sorry were busy today. Driver came smells from smoke and pizza was again cold. Will not order from here again anytime soon…
Worse Domino's in town, rude staff, incompetent and un sanitary. Seems like dominos doesn't care about costumers experience as long as they make money. I don't recommend ordering from here
Like most people I eat at dominos any time I want pizza. This time the driver refused to come up to the condo, and when he finally agreed, he had opened the box and played with the pizza. When I called and complained the store said they'd send me another pizza. Same driver came back and was rude at the door and almost refused to give us the pizza. Not ordering from this store again.
The people work there are so rude. They do not respect customers at all and it was worse experience ever. Barely any toppings! Just bread and sauce!! They put only two small pieces of very bad quality chicken and they call it a double topping!!! They give you less to make more money!!! The pizza was also burnt and smelled very bad. Never buy pizza here and never thrust domino's again.
Second time in a row I got my pizza late and cold. I didn’t have to pay but driver ask me to pay and I did.Funny is they don’t answer the phone in the store.Was the last time I ordered.
Incompetent won’t deliver 1.9 km away the online order menu is more complicated than a lap top with emails trash place spend my $ elsewhere. Highly recommend not wasting your time here
I ordered on Sunday, Jan/15 from this location, the pasta was uncooked and a kind of portion of that was frozen inside, the pizza had very bad bread, the flower was spreading around my hand when I took the peace from it and taste horrible. I phone and mentioned the food, the person who answered the phone was ignorant and didn't care about my feedback, never buying from this location ever.
