Do not come eat here!We came here for mother's day dinner around 6pm.First of all, we didn't have enough plates or utensils. We had to wait for plates and utensils at A RESTAURANT?!! But it didn't matter, because we had to wait 1.5 hours for only 4 dishes to arrive. We had to cancel the rest of our order because it was already 8pm! I'm sure the staff was overwhelmed, but they did not even acknowledge how ridiculously late the food was coming out. Even saying "sorry, we are experiencing a delay for the food, it will be about ____ more minutes for the food" would have put me at ease.To add insult to injury, because we were a large group, the gratuity was automatically added to our bill! We did even receive any service! Why should we pay that gratuity???The food was subpar. Of course it will be good when you wait almost 2 hours and you are all starving, but I can say this food was not the best.In other reviews they said the staff was rude. We did not necessarily experience this, but they were just negligent and unapologetic. Also, as someone said, there are more Chinese Food restaurants that will provide better service than this. I agree, AVOID this place unless they change their standards!
We order BBQ pork for takeout, the portion is very very small for the price we paid. But the worst thing is the arrogant attitude of the Chinese guy who took our order, he seemed to be in charge of the shop. We did not argue with him but decided not to return. There are so many good Chinese restaurants nearby with decent service. Would give a 0 star if I could.

We dine in at the restaurant this weekend, the food was good, however, I didn't realized that the 10% service charge was already adding on after HST. I gave another 15% tips on top of it. Not sure if they do the same for the take out order though.I have heard about restaurant adding service charge, when pay by credit card terminal, the machine still ask for tips.
Got dinner takeout on Jan 25 2022- - cashier was ultra rude and shouted at me with a sarcastic tone in English when I asked her in a mix of English and Cantonese to repeat what the seasonal vegetables were for 'seasonal vegetables in garlic sauce'... I mean - - - What is the need to be rude when a customer is just asking a question? There was no friendliness and she was such a sour person. Food wise- I ordered the snow pea leaves with mushrooms and tofu skin and it was ok but way too saucy......and the veg was a bit overcooked. The garlic pork ribs were good.
My 5 year old son found a sharp piece of metal in his mouth while he was chewing his portion of the vegetables. It was the metal that holds veggies together sometimes (a thick staple), clearly the staff hadn't bothered to remove it before preparing the food. Good thing he caught it himself and didn't keep chewing or swallow it. The staff ended up comping the vegetable dish it came from but really? That is the very least they should have done. That level of carelessness could have been hazardous or possibly worse if perhaps my son was just a year younger. Not bringing my family back here again that's for sure.
Quality of foods decreased, pricing inconsistent, not as stated in menu, dont mind if notify customers that's prices increased when asked, prices increased a while ago??? but menu was not updated. Price is different weekly for same item. Please review the bill before paying, services charge automatically included in the bill without notify, seen many people left tips on top as they didn't realize already included.
I had a bowl of congee - a simple one with just chicken in it. After eating my meal I was instantly sick. I'm pretty sure the congee was bad because I've had it before and there were no issues.
Food quality has reduced considerably! Fried rice looks and tastes like steamed rice! That is very basic dish but they cannot seem to keep up same quality as before! Other dishes seem deteriorated in term of quality as well! Hope they will learn and improve!
