3.5 Just found about this place and their chicken is ver close to korean chicken. The chicken was very crunchy and the price was very affordable. One half & half is enough for 2 people. Their buldak is good but I was expecting a bit more spice. However, I think they used Brazilian chicken thighs for deboned options, which is fine but they didn't really trim off the fat making it too greasy.Furthermore, the garlic soy sauce was a disappointment, we couldn't feel the flavor of garlic or soy it was just sweet. And it would have been better if they served it with fried garlic chops for decor.Their pickle tastes good but they chop it too small which makes it not as refreshing as it should be.Their fries could have been better if they seasoned it with some more salt or some kind of spice. But overall the chicken was good. I would revisit this place again.
Some of the best Korean chicken we've had in the area! Every piece was so juicy and the batter was perfectly crispy. Sauces were great, especially if you like them a little sweet. They also had three spicy flavours, with the hottest having a pretty good kick. Was even tasty as leftover. Decent portion sizes.Service was friendly, and it wasn't too busy when we went. Highly recommend!
Loved their fried chicken, not greasy at all!Ordered half original and half cheese, both were tasty and fresh. Food came with a pop and pickled radish.Staff was nice.
Another nice Korean fried chicken located in mid town. I was debating between bbq.chicken vs. trying out this one and I made a good choice. I ordered half original and half soy honey chicken, quality and taste are good and it’s definitely better value than bbq.chicken, the best thing is there isn’t an after taste lingering in the mouth so I like it!
This place was pretty close to authentic Korean chicken. The sauce was on the sweeter side but still good. I wish they provided more pickled radish and cut it a bit larger. Staff was friendly.
Sweet spicy flavour is very close to authentic Korean style. No cinnamon flavour that commonly other restaurants added. Snow cheese is very tasty too. Quantity is smaller than other restaurants but fairly cheaper.
NEW KFC SPOT! ??They’re finally here! This popular Korean fried chicken chain from British Columbia recently opened its first Ontario location in Thornhill, and it’s worth a visit! They’ve got bone-in and boneless chicken that is flavoured with ingredients imported from Korea! Believe me when I say it was tasty, juicy, and crispy ? Here is what we tried out:? Padak Padak? Cheese Snow? Yangyeom? Soy GarlicMy favorite had to be a tie between the Cheese Snow which had a similar taste to Kraft dinner cheese (love!), and the Soy Garlic which had the perfect balance of both flavours. If you’re looking for a slight kick, go for the Yangyeom, and if you prefer something sweet, tangy, and oniony, try the Padak Padak. You really can’t go wrong with any to be honest!
An absolute great addition to the area. An amazing joint for fast casual/ take out Korean fried chicken.Personally I've been loving their boneless so garlic chicken. It's so crispy and flavourful.
1 x Soy Garlic1 x Half &Half (Yangyum & Original)Their chicken is the closest to the actual Korean fried chicken. We had it to-go, then had them at on-route after 40mins. Chicken was still crispy and it was still warm, I would definitely come back to this place next time.Keep up the good work!
It opened its Toronto location around 2021 summer (August)? Just noticed it around October and my goodness, their chicken smell GOOD, and taste very Delicious!!I finally got time to try it and it is not disappointing at all, even it located around Korean Chicken battlefield (Yonge @ Steele and Finch), but it's price and quality did make its stand, it is a must try restaurant!!!!
