Amazing, fast service!Even though it was a busy Tuesday night, the employee Mandy was the only one working but still quickly took our order and made sure to confirm that everything was correct. Very polite and super friendly and made our three drinks super fast! By the time we finished paying, my drinks were ready!Drinks were delicious, will be back soon!
Tried brown sugar with caramel cheese foam, mango and passion fruit drinksThey are really watery.Brown sugar one was too sweet ( it is ok not too bad). Caramel cheese foam was something they suggested. I thought it would be a good addition but it is too sweet.Chatime is really good for the regular milk tea. That's about it thougNot a huge fan though. ( maybe it's my taste)I remember chatime was really good back in the day.Staff is really friendlyFree parking in front of the facility
The customer service here was immaculate! I came here with my friend and the cashier was so polite, I felt so welcomed there and was actually shocked with how fast our drinks were made. The cashier even remembered who ordered what and was sure to hand the correct drink to each of us after they were made. On top of that, both drinks were delicious! Great music was playing and the store simply had a charming vibe to it. I would definitely go again!
I order a regular mango green tea with tapioca - no ice, minimal sugar. Pretty simple order right?Wrong. I get my drink and there's ice in it, so I ask her to remake it. Then I go home and this drink is so sweet I got instant diabetes.1 star.
Ordered the special drink minus the glitter. Really pretty but I didnt want to drink it. I dont think i realized that there wasnt anything in it. $7 on grape juice. And a cup. And a purple pocket.
Friendly staff and quick service. This chatime doesn't have dine in at this time, and it always seems super busy, but the staff work quickly to get everyone's orders out. My only complaint is they frequently run out of tapioca and you need to wait 10+ min while they make more.
Excellent service, clean facilities, and extremely friendly staff. Christina gave me an delicious drink suggestion which has now become by regular. Great place.
I specifically ordered both drinks with no ice and 30% sugar, yet somehow I ended up with the handcrafted taro smoothie with 100% sugar and ice, a little frustrating shopping experience.
Simon is very professional and was super fast with our order. He has a lot of enthusiasm and has amazing customer-service. I truly recommend coming here to get your favourite drink. Will definitely be back soon. :D
Got my free birthday drink from the highway7/Leslie location recently. The cashier was very welcoming and he said happy birthday to me afterwards.Taste was good as always ;)
