If I could give a 0 star I would. WORST BOOSTER JUICE SERVICE OF ALL LOCATIONS. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Very rude worker there with short blonde hair. Completely nasty attitude.
So I went to booster juice today while pregnant and due in exactly a week. The two employees refused to serve me even after I explained I have a medical exemption im pregnant and due in 1 week and I am highly asthmatic. They toldMe they hope my unborn child gets is born with down syndrome and refused to serve me. This is the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. I will be calling head office and I’ll be back with more massless people justto see how they wanna treat the general public. Shameful.
This place is fantastic and it sucks to see the bad reviews, don’t let them fool you.I’m glad they follow mandates from what I’ve seen because I feel safe, and the store always looks very clean. It’s also inside a mall so it’s nice to walk around and be able to grab a drink!The staff are always very nice, but demographic of the mall isn’t the best (I’m going to be honest the area is very snooty) so I think people should reflect on why they have negative experiences.Mango hurricane with added blueberries is my fave!! :)
This is my favourite Booster Juice location! I enjoy how they are taking the mask mandates seriously to help keep everyone safe and healthy. I highly recommend giving this location a try!
Horrible customer service. Girl at the desk refused to serve me after being informed I have a mask exemption. Said “I’m sick of people like you” called me an “effing c*nt” and called security on me. Contacted Booster Juice and explained what happened. They just let me know she will not be getting fired and offered me $15 dollars for compensation for being harassed and discriminated. Never walking into a Booster Juice again. They lost a loyal customer.
The two young blonde girls that always work in the front (don't know their names) are so friendly. They always look like they are having fun and cracking jokes which is refreshing to see. Service is fast, the short haired blonde one put me onto bananas a whey with almond milk! So delicious ?
Awesome location, great drinks, love to go there to get the good vibes from the lovely staff!
After I purchased 2 juice stupid person would not give me a glass of tap water to drink. Never going back there again
My youngest daughter visited this location with her friends a couple days ago. When she came home she told me about her trip to the mall and it came up that she was charged $11.49 for A STRAWBERRY LEMONADE. The audacity of the employees taking advantage of a younger group of girls is unacceptable and shows unethical practices.
Went to this place on their opening day, in which two for one deals were offered and lines were long.The staff took the request and did their job despite the long lines. We asked for the mango hurricane which was very nice and the Canadian colada which was acceptable.We were also offered some nuts as a celebration of the opening which was nice.In short, despite the long lines, it was not a bad experience as such I recommend it.
