My family and I love bagel nash(the quality of the products are great), we have been coming here for years however today I was very disappointed with the customer service. The cashier was not pleasant to us at all and definitely seemed like she wanted us gone. Being a customer for so many years and always having great service then receiving horrible service this time just ruined it for me.
Been here so many times, yet first time reviewing!Love bagel nash! Awesome bagels and amazing Jewish treats!Came here back in December when I was I. The area and was super excited cuz they have the best rougalle! It’s nice amd crisp and so soft once you break that exterior!Cuz I came in December they also had Hanukkah donuts aka sufganiyot. These were so soft and had a nice light bread like texture! And had so many delicious fillings like hazelnut, dULCE de leche and custard! I know where to get my sufganiyot cravings filled when the next time it comes out is!Great job overall and cannot wait to come back for more rougalle!Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!
Good bagels. Could have more sesame and poppies top and bottom of the bagels and it would be 5 stars.
This place has great bagels. Some of the best you can find outside of Montreal.
Please throw old pastry out! I bought a pretzel for $4 around 5 pm and I just dumped it in the garbage. Why do you sell old pastry?? So disappointed.
I give this place a 5 star for 1 reason ONLY : BAGEL VARIETY!!! Jalapeño, to sundries tomatoes, to spinach , Montreal style bagels, gluten free bagels, poppy seed, rainbow, blueberry , everything bagels and the list goes on and on. On my first visit the baker helped me pick the ones I wanted, and since I mentioned to him it was my first time in a bagel shop with such a wide variety he gave me the one on one experience by picking from the fresh batch. Based on other reviews of the bakery, I would say make sure you ask when the batch was made, and always be honest.. if you see something, say something (no one wants gloves that have just handled money to handle food)
I have been here twice and I really like how it is a small business and that it is local. Their baked bagel crisp is really good, highly recommended. HOWEVER, I can't get over how expensive their bagel sandwich is.... I ordered a cheese bagel with regular cream cheese and salmon in it, and the total is over $10. The sandwich itself was $7 something then an additional $1.50 extra for cheese bagel, then tax. I understand everything got expensive because of the pandemic, but I only got 3 small pieces of salmon, and no garish, like capers or red onions.
Staff is not very pleasant.Chocolate Buffalo dry and the not fresh. While handling the pastries I got, the cashier Pastries fell out of the bag when the cashier spilled them out of the bag, by mistake and dropped them on the counter. She then picked them up from the counter with her filthy gloves that she handles money with- and put them back in my bag.As long as there's a mask on our face and some purel on our hands it's all good, right? Not.
They make excellent falafel! We always eat there at least once when we are visiting Toronto, we went twice during our 6 day stay this time.
Awesome fresh Montreal style bagels and cream cheese.
