Seems like they have new management now. All you can eat is back after a long hiatus from COVID. They don't have octopus on their AYCE menu, which is somewhat disappointing since the previous management had it. They have takoyaki now though, which is nice.Oh, and they aren't too heavy on the rice in the rolls if that's a concern for people. Better than other places in the area at least.
Just had a bad experience today. The quality for this restaurant just dropped badly. All you can eat is gone. Price increased yet dishes are not good. Plus very dirty washrooms.
Food is ok, but it's the customer service that deserves one star, or less. The man or men that manage the restaurant are rude, impatient and should not be running front of house. If I call in an order or walk in - it's the same poor treatment. They don't give a &^%$ about you. Don't know why their still in business.
Very rude staff. No wonder it was completely empty earlier tonight. I've been here multiple times because it is close to my home but the staff have always been rude. Expensive food, and you get attitude at the same time! They used to have all-you-can-eat, but they ended that when the pandemic started. Lots of better options in the area.
Place used to be above average but seems to have taken a dip sadly.Flavors were nothing special and the deep fried tofu was a sogging, bland mess. By the way it was prepared, I'm confident the tofu was reheated in a microwave. The staffer in handling orders wasn't very friendly either.Honestly, it's not worth the visit anymore.
No longer offer AYCE. Looks like new owners too. Had an Oyako don and it was subpar. Tempura was okay. Went there for lunch on Sunday, they were under staffed, waited quote awhile for my food.
Not very clean inside. Chairs and cutlery very dirty, didn’t even want to eat from them. Only one person running the entire restaurant (serving dine in guests and take out). Food itself wasn’t bad, but not clean and not well run.
$5 for a few barely-there slivers of avocado that are thinned so much that I could barely lift it with chopsticks. Then there’s these 8 sad, tiny pieces of iceberg lettuce. This offering is a disgrace! First time ordering here and won’t come back. Most sushi restaurants give triple the amount of avocado and way more lettuce. I don’t know how any restaurant owner can take pride in this dish.Dressing was a joke. Watered down, weak ginger flavour and overall clumsy and unappealing.
Don’t come here … The worst experience at an Asian place. We came to the restaurant to have some good Asian food. But we were surprised at the disrespect, the dismissive behaviour when we asked for service.I asked to ask a question about the food and rudely was I told he was too busy to serve us (his customers). He continued to ignore us and we left. Before I left I told him learn the customs and the tradition of Canada. This is not China.
WORST service you can ever get!!! The 0 was unbelievable, service was badddd .we've been never experienced such a a horrible service ever. We walked in with 4 kids, the guy was treated us as they're giving us a free service and not willing to serve!!!he missed one of our orders and started arguing when we placed extra order saying that the person who's making the Sushi is eating right now???I recommend the owner to first go take some customer service 101 /anger management classes instead of opening resturant wish we had the option to choose 0 star as they don't even deserve 1 star.
