Took my bf here for his bday. It was delicious. I highly recommend the calamari! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Asparagus cooked perfectly. The server was excellent, she was training another server and they were both great and super attentive. We had a slice of cheesecake that was comped for his bday and it was also delicious. Food and service was fantastic.
Went here recently for an anniversary. The dining room is very well decorated and does an excellent job of setting a good vibe. We had two apps which both came out relatively quick. The cheese dip was definitely the best cheese dip i’ve ever had! The main courses were incredible, steak was cooked perfectly, pasta was very tasty. Mash potatoes were not the best however that’s just my preference. The service was impeccable. Although I forget our servers name I do want to add that she was amazing and all the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful! Definitely would recommend if your in the area looking for a more then casual dining experience.

Where do I begin? Restaurant in a hotel, you dont expect much. Wildfire Grill House is different. Food was amazingly delicious. Great presentation and flavor. Service was awesome. Elizabeth was a wonderful server. She knew right when to check on our table. We never waited for anything and they were rather busy. (7:00 pm on a Friday) The Groupon deal was phenomenal. Each meal came with soup AND salad plus an appetizer and dessert to share. Great deal and delicious meal. I'd eat here again, no hesitation.
The food is Amazing. Can not go wrong having a casual lunch, or a romantic dinner here. WE brought our 6yr old and 4 week old. The kids menu is small but the portions and prices are perfect. The restaurant itself is a little small compared to the wildfire that was in st. Catharines, buy it makes it feel cozy and warm. The staff are very friendly and knows about their food.100% recommend.
My wife and I had the Groupon and went for my birthday dinner. The food was absolutely incredible. We had mushroom soup, caesar salad, spinach dip, striploin steak, short rib and cheesecake. Everything was hot, plentiful and delicious. For $80 a couple, it is an extraordinary value. The best part of the evening, however, was our hostess/server/bartender/busser Bianca who was working alone on a very busy night, and was just a whirlwind of efficiency, constantly in motion but always professional and friendly. Probably the most incredible service employee we have ever come across. Wildfire should be very proud of her.
Food was cooked really well. The soup of the day was no doubt the best start to the night.Sarah was a great host and kept checking in with us through out the night. She even got us complimentary milk for the little guy. Thank you! A great experience!
What a spectacular experience! My wife and I had such an amazing dinner. The ambiance is nothing we had ever had. The server was such a dear. She really knew her stuff. We will definitely be back and be bringing friends with us. Thank you!!!
Last night 2 couple , friends, went to diner at Wildfire. We had an early reservation 5 pm . We were received by the hostess, super friendly and then realised that she was going to be our server as well. Soon after more people started to come in and we ask her and she said she was alone. So, I must say that Bianca was the most incredible server we have ever seen. She did the door, the bar, the food and soon she was serving probably 9 or 10 tables and she never missed a step. Suddenly I became aware that in the kitchen there was only one chef. James if I am not mistaken. This is a steak house so difficult to serve everything hot and the steaks as asked. Medium rare. The salmon was moist and wonderful. I still think that it is a miracle to do soup, salads, main courses and desert all alone with perfect presentation and taste. To management... you have gold there. Please keep them. We will go back as long as Bianca and the chef are on duty. WELL DONE !!
The food was amazing!! The service was great, it was just one server doing almost everything except cooking, yet she did an excellent job... Would definitely come back again to try the rack of lamb... Would highly recommend this restaurant for yummy food and wonderful service.
