Always pleased with the great service. Their breakfast is great and good value for the money.
this place has a 50% chance of getting your order right, but it’s close to my house so 3 stars because it only takes me 30 seconds to go back and get the correct order.
completely inept staff. i ask for two jr baconators, only extra ketchup. not exactly rocket science, yet i have gotten everything from fully-topped baconators (tomatoes and lettuce and whatever else, i dunno) to a single plain burger, no bacon no ketchup.truly shameful because they're in a good location, but management is rude and whoever is assembling the burgers must be illiterate.
What can you really say about a fast food place. So I can say this place has never got my order wrong, food always tasted fresh.
I think the Wendy's I went to was connected to a Tim Hortons and I went with my friends so I was able to get some Wendy's and Tims it was pretty empty when I was there so it was also a little quiet overall nice experience!?
Nice and polite staff. Service is really fast. It was a pleasant experience.
Always in a rush at the drive through. I mean I know it's a drive through, but it's like *transaction approved* and BAM... bag out the window before the machine is out of reach. Why is this bad? Cold cheese, missing toppings, wrong item. Providing helpful feedback doesn't seem to help, but I've come out just accept it as the norm.
Friendly and fast service. Fries could have been hotter
So hit and miss. I often go early afternoon. Staff is usually polite but sometimes you get a miserable, impatient lady taking orders. My last visit she cut me off while ordering and clearly ignored me since my order was messed up. The food is often barely warm but I've come to expect that and just heat it up myself.
Been here multiple times for takeout and the food is still so hot and fresh every time I get home
