AS usual the food & service were very good. Covid FULL check carried out for dine-in.
Food was hot, made correctly, and came out quickly. The service was exceptional; Mary in the drive through was very nice, and her infectious personality really makes the quick visit that much better. You can tell she really enjoys her job and interacting with customers.
The food was accurate and tasty. They gave 2 sauce packets which was nice. They remembered the napkins too!
Had a double, it was perfect, fresh lots of lettuce and tomato, just like their pictures Sevice was good also
Food was great as usual. Staff were very on top of everything. I noticed 3 young men come in after we were seated and eating our food. As is the practice, the cashier asked if they were eating in or taking it out. They replied, "take out". As each of them received their bag, they proceeded to take a seat at a table to eat their food. Almost immediately, the cashier grabbed the binder where they record your name and phone number, and walked up to their table. She advised that they told her they were take out orders and if they wanted to eat in, they would have to show proof of vaccination and supply their names and phone numbers. They suddenly jumped up and walked out the door. It made me feel secure that the staff were taking the vaccine protocols seriously!! Thanks Wendy's staff!!
I have experienced exceptional customer service at this location regardless of the time of day. The burgers are always fresh and tasty. This is the only place I purchase burgers.Dave's Singles are exceptional, Customer service reps. are pleasant and courteous.
