We went once and loved it, just got back from there tonight for our second visit. A rush of people came in right after us, so our order took forever. They started all the pitas for quite a few people, they were all lined up on the counter, my husband and I watched 3 staff repeatedly looking at the pitas, throwing out pitas, wrapping our pitas and bagging them, and then taking them out of the bag. So my husband asked if they were sure they had the right pitas when they were done because there was clearly a mix up. The girl said she was sure, and there was no mix up. I got home to my pita that had completely leaked sauces everywhere, I got a MILD vegan taco. Unbeknownst to me, mine was one of the pitas that was thrown out, and instead of asking me to just re-select my toppings, the girl clearly tried to do it from memory … after making many other pitas after mine. So needless to say, all the toppings I didn’t ask for were on my pita. I especially hated the huge amount of jalapeño peppers she added to my mild pita. It was just this disgusting soggy pickle and pepper taco.
Garbage, save your money and go somewhere else. Niagara Falls location 100 times better. There was barely any chicken on a pita and the french fries were loaded in salt, they should call their chicken strips chicken nuggets. Thanks for the veggies pitas but I ordered 2 buffalo CHICKEN pita.
The place had huge rush of in store & tablets were keep beeping. Staff seemed to handling it pretty well. We had Fresh Veggie Salad Box & Falafel with their well know house made fries. #Healthydiet
The two people working on April 5th at supper time were the greatest. There was a minor error that occurred when our order was taking place and they sorted it out and remade our food in record time- all while completing multiple delivery orders and walk-in orders simultaneously. Also- it was delicious. Thank you guys so so much. Great experience.
My wife and I had two pitas delivered for dinner and I can honestly say that they were the saddest excuse for pitas I have ever seen. Both where mainly filled with just lettuce and 4 or 5 cold, clearly old pieces of chicken. I ordered onion on mine and when I opened up the pita there was almost half an entire onion inside. My wife had a chicken ceasar and it wasn't tossed with any ceasar. The delivery was fast but to the point where I was suspicious of whether the food would be cooked. Rightfully so I would say. Not a good experience, I do not recommend and will never return.
Outstanding customer service. All staff members was very welcoming right when you enter the door and ensure your food is made tha way you want it! Absolutely impressed and recommend to everyone because of amazing food and good staff.
One of the best restaurant in Glendale area. Always spot on taste & specially veggies & meat on the grill makes the food more delicious. Keep up the good work
LOVE TO SHAREI went UNAP (Glendale) on my Lunch time and was in hurry for heading back to work, so I chose this place to stop quickly and get food, I must say they have good staff with good work etiquettes, they provided me good and quick service with very good quality food as per my taste buds.Specially their cleanliness of store and well trained staff.I literally obsessed to visit this place again and again to get good food with great quality as they provide always.- Satisfied Cx.Thank u
We have eaten here several times the first couple times they were great, but they have been inconsistent ever since.The last few times we have gotten their fries they were soggy and greasy, but the first time we had them they were perfect.When we ordered the chicken pitas they were freezer burnt.Most recently we ordered the gyro pitas and there was either bones or cartilage in them that was so hard to chew they could have chipped a tooth.
They gave me someone else's chicken wrap instead of my falafel. Went back and got that rectified just to find out they put cheese on my girlfriends poutine instead of vegan cheese. Very low attention to detail. They were not even that busy, new employee or not if you have a proven worker watching her prep the order that thing better be put together right. ****Edit they still got it wrong, asked for fried onions, green peppers and mushrooms. they put it on the grill for two seconds, not cooked at all. absolute garbage.
