My closest tims and they are ok but the hot chocolate is always way too watery

Pretty sure one of the staff members here was sick (don't know if it was Covid or not) but she should have definitely not been working. The lady at the drive thru was wearing a mask and her voice was extremely hoarse. I'm pretty sure I witnessed her cough as well. My visit was last week and this week I have a sore throat and general malaise and am going to get tested. Definitely not worth the risk especially at a time like this, just go get your coffee somewhere else.
Like everyone else, it's a 10 min wait.Never missed an order and had to constantly mention to everyone who ordered on mobile that they were out of stock (thanks corporate Tim's for not tracking this)
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they forgot about it. I had already been waiting 10 minutes for it, then I had to wait another 5, only to get home and open it, and find out that there’s bacon, and no cream cheese on the bagel. Waste of my money.
Won't give you a refund for mobile orders. Tell you to get something else instead that is off less value than your order but wont refund the difference.
