When there are 6 or more employees working and 5 people waiting in line, shouldn't one of your staff be serving the line rather than cleaning the drive thru only counter off.Way to fail again Tim's.
Worst Tim Hortons in Saint Catharines. They never get your order right, and if you order through a delivery service, you will have missing items. I placed an order through skip, and i had an item missing. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the manager was rude, inconsiderate, and just said “call skip”. The food quality Is garbage and i do not recommend this place at all.
Decent restaurant. The food is always good. However, I do not suggest eating inside due to the lack of clean seating areas. Overall, I've never had a bad experience from this Tim Hortons'.

What’s the point of having two ordering stations when the line gets jammed by a person with a food order? Why not mimic McDonald’s and pull food orders off to the side and let coffee and/or treat orders flow through? It takes 20+ minutes to get a coffee?
Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons around. Slow, inconsiderate, and it's a 50/50 chance they can't get your order right. Even if that order is a simple tea with some sugar in it (not milk, the two don't even sound alike). The only thing these people get consistently, is to screw up your order.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Such as up the street on Welland, where a another Tim Hortons, McDonald's, and others such as Starbucks await you. All of whom have far more competent management.
Staff is incredibly friendly and you can tell they work really hard to get all the orders out. If you're trying to be quick though make sure you do drive-thru they put a way bigger priority on getting drive-thru orders out quicker than in store orders
50% of the time u receive attitude from the employees. The drive-thru speakers seem to never transmit what I'm.saying and the employees have been complaining about the volume for 10plus years of coming to this location just because it was close to home. They mess up orders and takes forever to receive your order. Seems like they don't want to work. Anyways I never post reviews but I'm sick.and tired of always having a bad experience here. From now on I'm going down the street even though it'll take more time, atleast I will have a better experience. Boycotted. Go argue and give eachother attitude, I'm done.
Food quality isn't what it used to be in my opinion, yet its not horrible and customer service is great. Would just love if some certain donuts with liquidish tops would be put in small boxes and not bags because the top tends to stick with the bag.
