BEST SERVICE YOU CAN EVER ASK FOR OR YOU GET!!! All the employees are so nice and helpful, they’re always cheerful and ready to help in any way. I really really appreciate All the employees at this branch.
They need a designated counter person. Waiting 15 min for a coffee and 10 timbits. They have everyone running for the drivethru. I'm still a customer and deserve the same punctual service. There was no one else waiting. Poorly managed as it was years ago.

I got to to the drive through service was fast and friendly, not very busy. I ordered steak and egg sandwich, since I do not eat pork. I got a bacon and egg, which I had to throw out. That’s when the restaurant/drive through wasn’t busy. I can only imagine how horrible it would be if it was actually busy! So note: please check your order before you leave even on drive through!
Ordered a simple Bagel with butter and I got a cream cheese bagel. Also other items at the window were wrong. It's simple, you have a pick ticket and you follow it.... worst of all I waited like 10 minutes for an incorrect order. Cmon...
This morning around 7:30 my boyfriend went inside to get his coffee only to find the manager yelling at the staff, who were all teenagers for being too slow, while she was not lifting one finger herself. She grabbed the marker they use for the lids from the girl at the counter and threw it onto the ground because she was mad. Whomever this manager may be, needs a serious reality check. I seriously feel bad for the staff who have to endure this on their shift, especially with them being so young. Not a great look for the company or location.

Ordered 2 grilled chicken chipotle wraps, this is a usual for me at timmies.This place gave me crispy chicken instead of grilled (which I overlooked as they were busy) but they also added corn! NOWHERE in the ingredients for these wraps is corn and it ruined the entire taste of the wrap. Messing up ingredients in a franchise is a HUGE no.
Understaffed for a high volume location. Takes a lot of time to get your order. Management needs to help the staff out!!
