I don't know how this location can accomplish taking forever to do everything, I ask the franchise owner here if they treat their staff properly? This comment is not directed at the staff, it's directed at the management.
Not to be rude but this tim Hortons is literally soSlow like it takes 30 mins to get a hash brown
Staff at 6:50 drive through were rude to me for correcting them on my order. they didn't listen then arrogantly accused and assumed that i'm unable to pay for my order honestly I dove off I don't need to be insulted in the morning. Ordered online instead they packed it poorly lid came off ruined my whole order on top of that I didn't even make the coffee I ordered they sent me a black coffee instead of 3x3 ... This Store Needs new management or staff need to be replaced or retrained
Manager is a clueless goof. Came to pick up a doordash order and the dining room was closed. I called and kindly let him know I was here to pick up an order for myself and he rudely yelled well you’re gonna have to wait because we’re busy and slammed the phone down. Little did he know he never hung up and started cursing and badly talking about doordash and his current working conditions. Quite entertaining to listen to. You could see through the window this guy was losing his mind. Tim Hortons has no respect for pick up orders or doordash deliveries. I’ve seen it time and time again.
We ordered something for delivery and then this location cancelled our ordered and didn't refund us without any follow up. Happy to change this from a one star if they would pick up the phone after we've spent the last 20 minutes trying to call them.
This has to be the absolute slowest Tim's in the world. Stopped there today, asked for two decafs, the person never said anything about not having any brewed. Four cars in front of us, get to window and the manager claps his hands together and says sorry no decaf, have to brew a pot, it'll be 5mins. We took off. Go to another Tim's.
-The washroom is not available at the moment (always). I came here five times.-Steeped tea and other drinks tastes like sugar in hot water.-It is common to see about 20 people with red clothes come to the restaurant in the morning(COVID risk).-Other restaurants add a lot of sugar to their food. This restaurant does an excellent job of controlling sugar(healthy).
We are not from this area and we are not frequenters of Tim Hortons but we dropped into this Tim Hortons yesterday for a quick snack and, TBH, to use the washroom. The "coffee" had no taste of coffee in it. It was only hot--borderline boiling--water. I have never, ever had a worse cup of coffee. A chain that has built its reputation on serving a reliable cup of coffee should be able to do better than that. In addition, the donut was stale. The washroom was awful. While the room was not obviously filthy or smelly, the plastic cover over the toilet paper rolls was lying on the floor and, worst, in this age of Covid, there was no soap in the dispenser. The staff, while not rude, seemed overwhelmed. I would never go back to this Tim Hortons, nor would I recommend anyone else to go there. If I could give a no-star rating I would.
Donuts not ready daily till 8 or 8:30am, that's ridiculous , its a coffee/ donut place is it not. They say they are open at 6 , not very often. Always late opening, whomever the owner is he should have his or hers franchise taken awayaway. I live next door in condo building as the superintendent
This Tims used to be fast and efficient. Something has happened the past 2 months. Maybe under new management. This Tim's now is extremely slow. Please improve.
