Went through the drive through ...if it was any slower I would have cobwebs ! The order was accurate so can't fault them on that. If there is a line up and you must have your hot beverage.....go inside...you will save time
I live near this Tim Hortons and would come routinely for coffees and snacks. Over the past 6 months this Tim Hortons has gotten worse and worse with wait times. It won't be odd to spend 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru, almost averaging 15 minutes at times. Today I spent 18 minutes in the lineup, I ordered my coffee and when I finally got to the window they inform me that they were taking cash only. This is 20 minutes of my life that I'll never get back and because of this long wait I will most likely be late for work, and on top of that and I'm now very miserable and fuming inside. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons even though it is conveniently located right by my house
Worst tim horton’s in the whole Niagara region. Old coffee, old icecapp, old creamy chill and old bagels. Coffee tasted microwaved someone probably didn’t take it and they gave their coffee to me instead. It was cold and disgusting. This is the second time. Got food poisoning from here and as well as a stomach bug. Horrible service as well. Serving old products to customers in the morning is the worst. Do better. Everyone I’ve taken here says it’s horrible.
Absolutely Disgusting !! This is the second time now that a bagel I bought from this exact Tim hortons has been thrown together without being toasted. Not to mention the guy made my bagel with his bare hands with no gloves on ! Like we’re in a pandemic this is unsafe and disrespectful…
Morning shift is awesome..don't bother coming after that. Walk in is often as quick sometimes quicker than the DT. When the line gets long inside try opening the 2nd till, haven't seen it used in forever. Better yet, try the going to the next people in line trick and asking "what can we get started for you" speeds things up a lot. This is my local...please fix the service as gas is very expensive to be driving to the next place.
Stop making the male employees wear those awful visors, they could easily get beat up by degens on the way home for lookin like that. Shout out to the awesome drive thru ladies who dont take any guff, you work your tails off to keep that line moving, i dont care about bein serenaded i just want my coffee fast, n you tough ladies get er done. Much love for yas. The Man here is the worst tho (that's management fyi for the squares) get your employees real hats, prompt breaks, and buy them lunch, whats this half price garbage? That tie cuttin off air to your brain? And why are you visorless tie wearers always running to the back when it gets busy? Am sure the folks who are getting paid less than you would appreciate your help. Also did you know employees cant just leave at the end of their shifts they have to ask permission, even if they just did 9 hours. Not sure im comfortable buying food from ppl who are treated this poorly. God bless them.
Waited 20 minutes in line. 80% of the workers were working drive thru. Obviously newer employees were on cash and they were having trouble keeping up. Not really fair to the workers on cash and making drinks for inside customers to have no support helping them when it's busy inside.I'll make sure to go through the drive thru next time since that's what the supervisor is prioritising at the expense of walk-in customers
Wait in drive thru is ALWAYS very long. Very congested inside with the regular lineup for counter, the line up to use touch machines, the line up for mobile orders...then people wait in the dining room for their touch screen order placed near front door...along with the people waiting for food. It's a mess of many lines
Terrible. I went through the drive through and the only thing I can say is that they were fast. I’m a college student, just grabbing some lunch and when I got home and picked up my bag of food, it just fell apart and my food was no good anymore. There’s not even a Tim Hortons logo in the bag! They cheap out on their bags, always mess up my coffee, and their drive through takes forever (almost all of the time). Extremely dissatisfied.
Easily the worst Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. (Between both Canada and the US)They never get the orders correct, despite them being correct on the screen at time of ordering. Things are missing 90% of the time on deliveries and the drive thru line takes forever, even when there are only a couple of cars.Edit to add:When I ordered off of the app, and they did not have items I ordered, I said I would be happy with a refund. The refund was presented to me as a bunch of change at the bottom of my FOOD order that didn't even cover the cost of the items missing. This is a food safety issue and people should know better than to put money in with edible items. It's completely unsanitary, especially during the PANDEMIC!!!
