Absolutely disgusting people work there. Their teeth crooked their breath smells horrible their nails dirty and their language absolutely horrible. They use their bare dirty hands to put your Timbit and donut in a bag just gross. I almost puked when I saw this disgust. Not a single dime will I spend on this garbage. Fire them all up. Hire proper people not off the streets but maybe students that need extra cash.

A double drive thru that doesn't even utilize the second window... what the heck is the point in even having it? Always far too congested and the earlier day shift are unpleasant and very apathetic toward their jobs. Some of the night shift are much better and more personable. Considering the short duration of one's visit, it really leaves a sour taste in one's mouth when they can't be pleasant for even 30 seconds.

Never have the second window open. And I shouldn't be waiting in line for 15 minutes for a coffee. There's 7 employees when I go and yet they cant figure out how to make a coffee quick. Do no recommend this location. You'd save time by driving to Lake St and entering that store.

Just stopped by to pick up breakfast sandwiches. We ordered 2 sausage on English muffin and 1 beacon and 2 hash browns. We got home to eat and we end up with 3 beacon sandwiches no potatoes.which we had paid for. Very disappointed.

Slow Service all around. Drivers beware, the line up can go onto the road and creates a traffic jam. At peak times, it is suggested you walk in or go to another location. Staff are friendly.

Being a busy Tim Hortons you would think they would have both lanes open , especially on the weekends . Instead cars are lined up on the street causing traffic and potential accidents . Also the Espresso machine is “always being cleaned “ . You wait in a huge line for no reason . Probably the worst Tim Hortons in the city .

Was here during school lunch as a student, asked if this location was lake street and the lady at the counter said yes before i ordered on mobile. kept waiting for 20 minutes for my order before they said that this was lakeshore not lake street.

Every time I order any food from here I get sick (diarrhea). Coffee is fine here.

Asked for 2 sour cream glazed and a fritter.. missed the second scg

Good as any other tims, was quick and made my tea right so can't complain
