Hi there,I am local here and always be a fan of Tim Horton's brand but I have never had this kind of experience before.I am vegetarian only ask for egg and cheese farmer wrap but it was not expected to get bacon in that wrap.Religion is broken now as I have been eating bacon and we are not allowed to eat bacon.It was the perfect start to the day.I need to talk to the manager to apologize.Don't want money or food again from this location anymore.
The worst service. Doesn't matter what time of day you come drive thru is always backed up and ridiculously slow... Over 20 mins to get an ice cap...
I absolutely despise going to this location because there’s never been a time where they give me exactly what I asked for.Today I asked for a double double with oat milk and I got a black with 2 sugar.I would have returned to sort that out but I was running late to work because they are absolutely slow to begin with, but I was also need to wait for the three people who came in AFTER me to get their orders… absolutely ridiculous.I’ve lost so much money at this location due to mistakes that I do not have the time to go back and complain about, but today I felt it was finally necessary to complain somehow.Point is, I PAID MORE FOR OAT MILK ABD YOU DID NOT GIVE ME IT!!!! That’s called stealing in any world.
this is my local tims and i’ve been trying so hard to defend it for years but, they’re the slowest location you will ever go to. i waited 55 minutes today for a coffee. not to mention the horrible attitudes coming from all employees. they’re also frequently out of items and get things wrong
Worst cofffee!! Always mess up your order & line is always crazy. Super slow workers. Do better Tim Hortons
While traveling business related, was here to stop for early morning coffee. Place appeared to be open on google that's why I'm here. Doors are closed, place inside empty and looks like they left it in a hurry yesterday. Several other people attempted the drive-thru, sadly discovered that none is answering their appearance. Look for better employees that shows up in time, or update your google business hours!
Every time we go to this tim Hortons it is a guarantee something is missing or wrong in our order. We picked up breakfast this morning and sure enough missing a breakfast sandwich if this was the first instance sure mistakes happen but it’s not. The staff is always pleasant but they need to get it together really frustrating.
been 2weeks they had issue with hot beverages machine they cant even get it repaired lol manager is really not taking care of things left on baristas.no lemonade no cappuccino or lattes . maybe tims is not anymore people think it is. losing reputation, on other hand service and pen centre is damn slow a guy took literally 10 mins to give one order to write the name of person not even busy time lol if its busy it must be packed and no one can get orders instead frustrating sighs would be and people walks away like i did.
The girl on front cash was great but that was the worst sandwich that I have ever had from any tim Hortons.. the work station was not clean .. bun not toasted.. bacon cold, bacteria waiting to happen, bacon is supposed to be in a warmer.. and buns toasted..not to mention that I waited 10 minutes till someone came out of back to even make sandwich
What’s the point of ordering a “new special” item that’s being promoted if you won’t even give me what I’ve paid for.If you’re out of veggies inform the customer don’t just hand it off as if you’ve completed your end of this transaction.Terrible service. Terrible management. Terrible accuracy. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
