Gave me very cold cheese biscuit even when I repeatedly asked for a toasted one
Terrible layout leaves cars jammed up. And how can it possibly take ten minutes to ready a box of coffee?
Just got an order in the drive thu. Not only did I wait 10 minutes for them to hand the wrap to the car in front of me, but then when I got to the window the person working did not greet, did not even make eye contact with me. She then handed me a cold tea, which was not made properly, and then I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for a plain bagel, toasted, with herb and garlic cream cheese. When she returned to the window she just handed me the bagel and said "here" nothing about the wait, no have a nice day, nothing. I just opened the bagel, and it is plain cream cheese and the bagel itself is not even cut. This was a terrible experience.

Right near my work, inconsistent food but nothing to complain about. THE ISSUE is one worker continues to write and slip his number into orders of young woman and it’s super uncomfortable. Not only has this happened to me but two other of my co workers. Sir (name starting with a T) we do not go to Tim’s to get hit on. Please stop.
We asked for 3 medium coffee, but got 3 large. The order taker was not familiar with the coupon being offered on the app that day. The coffee was good, and the food was great.

I have yet to try much of what Tim Horton's has to offer on the menu, but what I have had was delicious. Coffee and doughnuts are just so GOOD and doughnuts for dessert are so special for anyone. So special for my children, that they always finish dinner for at least one of 12. Makes dinner fun for all. Try it and find out for yourself.
Don't listen when I order 3rd time in a row they got my order wrong even though at the window I corrected the mistake and then waited for my food just to throw it in the garbage cause I can't eat it with more Chipotle sauce then anything else so I'm done going here! Every tim hortons makes mistakes but 3 days in a row???? Same order every time but they can't be bothered to listen and get it right.
I had an older lady who where's glasses take my order intentionally didn't where a name tag so no one knows who she is because she is the most ignorant person you'll ever meet the way she spoke to me and her co-workers was just sickening I'm extremely disappointed in the service and I pray that her co-workers don't cry themselves to sleep after working with her
