Excuses on the time it took for food. 7 mins , then Went to another one took under 1 min for the same stuff and there under staffed! Shame on this Tim's for the excuses.

If your country does not have Tom Hortons 2 tips the bacon or sausage breakfast wrap with a taste of Siracha and Boston creme donut, don't expect too much from the coffee though
Worst service ever. I would give no star if possible. Yesterday i ordered a immpossoble wrap specifically saying i am an vegetarian and i dont eat an egg so please just make the wrap without egg. And after saying that they still make it with egg in it. On my first bite i see an egg inside and just started throwing up while i was driving. In 25 years of my life i have never had an egg and they just messed up my religious belief and way.
Was craving a muffin for days! Found one...carrot muffin filled with what she said was cream cheese. It was delish! And so moist ?
Ordered a icecoffee from drive thru and told them to add 1 extra vanilla syrup shot but there was even not a single shot of cane sugar as well i don’t know what they are doing inside if they don’t listen properly. It was very bad in taste. Don’t want to give a single star.
This Tim Hortons is the best in all of St.Catharine the staff are so nice and the service is fast and my order is always above my standers. Whoever made my carmel Ice coffee you are amazing at your job!
The Tim Hortons by Fairview mall regularly gets my order wrong, gives me the wrong food or forgets the flavor shot, and almost every time doesn't stir my coffee.On top of the lack of care for their customers orders, this Tom hortons will frequently have a large lineup that interferes with traffic on Geneva Street and appears that they only open one register when the store is full of people during a rush hour.All In all the Tim Hortons by the Fairview mall is not recommended unless they hire more staff, and actually train them properly.

I often tried to stop in before a graveyard shift at work, the store is often closed before 9pm.I stopped in early one morning and when I asked the young gal that took my order for a sleeve for my coffee she didn't look very happy giving me attitude.When I asked if they had wifi (which they do but this day it was off) she quickly snapped back at me giving me a rude NO!! Worst customer service on the planet! This girl took 15 mins to pour a couple coffee's and was extremely rude!There is absolutely no room in this job market for rudeness or complacency
