This morning i got coffee and while i ordered my stuff, the lady who took my order she kept on saying anything else, anything else, instead she could have asked me " would you like to get muffin, donut just for upsell or to treat a customer better but she did not. it seems like she does not know how to do business.
Food & service is always good, BUT the washrooms are OLD & smell. Needs renovation
What can you say. It's Tim Hortons, pretty much quality is the same but the staff is amazing. Between Jay and Tiffany on drive thru that I have normal interactions with. They are always so friendly and happy.
Computer screens are broken and no receipts are given. Because of this the cashiers that didn't take a part of my order had no way to know why I was standing around until they stopped being busy enough for me to ask.At which point they noted that it wasn't billed. No way to verify without receipt.Not gonna risk more errors that I cannot verify. Equipment remains dilapidated. Cannot fill a corporate survey due to having no receipt.
What a terrific place. Fresh and great tasting coffee. I highly recommend this place.

Very very poor customer service. ? they don't pay attention to delivering good customer service. The worst customer service i have ever received.
