The washrooms were horrible ? but I had to go badly... I'd chaulk it up to a busy rush, but that build up of "stuff" has been there awhile.... and the store was empty, so someone could have been cleaning it instead of yip yapping behind the counter,thankfully the coffee was good.
Travelled from Toronto to Hamilton for the very first time, After that drive i went to Tim hortons to get a bagel and water, time: 1:20 pm 06 Apr 2022 and i didn't asked the server name she was standing at the cash counter taking order, she was acting rude to the old lady putting the order ahead me i felt bad and when my turn came she did the same with me, and I politely asked her can you be a bit more polite with me or can i talk to your manager and at last she said ‘You can get out ‘ to me in front of everyone i almost cried. Later manager came and the other customer witnessed that she told me to get out of the store.Later the another girl took my order, i told her i just told her to be polite to the customer and she took it in the wrong way. I know everyone have struggle going on in their life but being rude to your customers wont help you to attract more customers to your storeLater someone passed on the comment ‘Oh she just need a free coffee’ i have enough money to buy whole store a coffee.Whoever is the owner of this store must provide training to the staff on dealing with the customers.Will never visit this store again,such a bad experience.My friend saw me crying and we Later went to store again and the manager was Nice and she told me her name was Katie or cathy. One thing for sure i am never visiting this store again unless they train their employees to speak nicely to customers.
They had many doughnut choices despite being later in the day. Very sweet, happy cashier! Definitely service with a smile!
Twenty minute wait at the drive through. Finally got my drink and what a mess not at all like described. Just drive on don't waste your time

Customer service is weak at times. Orders aren't always made right. And if you go for 5am when they open, expect to sit and wait for the coffee to be brewed because the staff usually don't show up until 4:59
I have been there a number of times this month at 5:15 am and they are not open or the coffee is cold. The older Asian lady walking from her car said she worked there and didn’t understand why no one was there. I believe she may be the manager. I’ve talked to her before regarding a wrong order the day before, she is very rude. If you can’t get the manager there on time how is the place gonna be run smoothly. I’ve gone to McDonald every time they are closed.
The lady manager is very very rude.have been there twice and she was ridiculous both the rimes.i bought cheese melts sandwich and theybwere burnt and when i complained she told me it needs to be toasted to almost charred to melt the cheese. When i didn't accepted that sandwich, she literally snathched it from my hands to give me another uncooked or half cooked sandwich. I again went to conplain and then at last tge sandwich was microwaved. She didn't even followed covid protocol. I wont ever got o that location again.
We must have picked a terrible time to visit. We ordered 10 minutes before we got there. Only 2 cars in front of us and it took forever for us to get to the speaker. Told them we had a mobile pick up order and they said come ahead. When we pulled up not only was it not ready...they tried to charge us again, didn't know what the order was and took forever getting it ready. By the time we left the drive through was out onto the road and the guy behind us was still waiting for his order. Too many trainees maybe?
