We go in and order the same thing every day for the last few weeks and they still don't get it right!!!! They make sure to charge us for the caramel shots but they don't like giving them!!!! We have recently switched to Louth St location
Dine-In is open. Not sure why Google indicates that it is not.Great location to relax and have a coffee. It is insanely busy in the morning inside and at the drive-thru. It is a Dual lane drive-thru as well. Clean Washrooms and Clean interior. WiFi is always down at this location.
Ordered a muffin and a coffee. On the app I had a two dollar offer for a muffin and a coffee. I scanned my card, the offer did not come up. While I was looking in my phone to show the girl at the drive-through window… She said oh your order has been processed because your bank card was sitting too close to the machine. So it automatically went through for four dollars and one cent. Twice what I expected to pay. Then she closed the window and walked away. Terrible experience will not go there again. My bank card automatically tapped because it was too close to the machine and she didn’t even try to rectify the problem. If I had more time I would’ve went inside. Unfortunately I had to be at work.
This location does not understand the difference between glazed and plain, it has happened numerous times and I’ve corrected the same employees making the same mistakes numerous times. It’s not just a simple donut, I order half dozens for my family. I’m not gonna bother turning around anymore, I’m just going to stop going. I urge most people to do the same, there is one right down the street that is far better. My family does not want a box of circular bread for a Friday treat.
This is by far the worst tim hortons location I would say in St. Catharines but I honestly think it’s the worst location I have been to. Not even sure where to start on the amount of issues I have had here. This evening I went in as no one was answering at the drive thru window the other cars in front of me just drove away likely went to another location. I asked if the drive thru was broken nope just to busy talking to each other with a giggle just typical of the terrible customer service at this location. Drive up to the one on Louth st. way better!

Would give this location negative stars if it was possible. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Always long waits in the drive thru and in the store, rude staff, and always getting the most simple orders wrong. Save yourself some time and just drive 2 minutes down the road to the Timmies location by the 4-pad arena.
This location has the worst drive thru in the region, it's painfully slow( been through on a few occasions)and my bagel was cold when I open it right after I pulled away. It was cold enough to not melt the butter while wrapped up.Customer service was poor as well.
Almost impossible to access when you're disabled. The door you're asked to use to exit opens away from the ramp, and with the narrow sidewalk you can't turn around, so you have to ask people waiting in line to come inside to excuse you so you can exit through the entrance door. Always very understaffed which leads to long waits as they are right in front of the 4 pad sports centre which is always very busy
Not sure what it is about this Tim’s location but it always takes 25+ mins in the drive thru and they never seem to have any ingredients to make breakfast wraps or breakfast sandwiches… which I don’t understand. When you go there in the morning they should have supplies for breakfast orders. Not sure why I keep coming back expecting it to be any different then the last time. So far it’s failed us every time. Better stick to my regular location and hit up Vinelands Tim Hortons.
