This location was good about a year ago.Since then, this location has greatly lacked in speed, customer service and availability. I sometimes come here for nothing more then a drink and a doughnut and sometimes, I wait upwards of 10-15 minutes. Not to mention that lately there has been a very rude and slow lady working in the drive-thru, and she is not the only one. It has felt like all of the staff at this location have bad attitudes and they are all disrespectful. Today I ordered a wrap and the person who made it gave it to me then acted like making the wrap was the end of the world. Overall, over the past year I have seen this place lower in quality and I don't see myself coming here for much longer, which is disappointing as this is the closest location to where I live and work. Busier location and staff are still very tentative and able to fulfill your order. WiFi is down a lot at this location. Washrooms need work.
Usually pretty fast but sometimes very slow. Depends on how many cars in line up. Extremely busy between 7-9am
Great place to order from using the app and is close to my house.
They lack customer service and the ability to keep the drive thru line moving. I understand that orders people request is out of their control, though acknowledging that the movement of the line was unbelievable slow.
This has been my go-to Tim Hortons for the past 15 years until recently. We pulled into the drive thru one evening at 6:50. There were 4 cars ahead of us. We did not LEAVE the window until 7:25. The employee over the intercom sounded totally spaced, and once we finally got the window 20 some odd minutes later, we were greeted by one of the most rude employees I've ever dealt with. Both drink orders came out wrong and to top it all off, I looked in past the window and all I could see was trash, ankle deep behind the counter. It was a disgusting experience, and we'll never visit this location again.
Learn how to make an iced latte, I work at Tim Hortons it’s not rocket science. Every single time it’s messed up. Made with cream, or just paid $4 for an iced coffee. Bs. Don’t have people who don’t know what they’re doing making drinks in the mornings.
Fantastic team at this location, I stop every morning for coffee and a muffin, never fails to brighten my day. Consistency is there!
I stopped going to this location because the espresso machine is NEVER working. I love lattes and Timmy's does make a great one. I got tired of hearing "Sorry, it's broken."
