Extremely disappointing!!! All the meat in the meals I ordered tasted old. Completely overpriced for the poor quality
The chicken was disgusting, tasted old and tough the broccoli was more bitter than it was supposed to be
I've come here many times and they never fail to provide quick, delicious food; for as efficient as the food is served the quality is stellar. I see some comments on here talking as though it ought to be better - but given the time frame from being cooked to being served, that's wildly unrealistic!That's like saying MC Donald's ought to be more like The Works!For fast Thai food, I can't think of a better place to satisfy the craving without waiting 4x as long, or spending 4x as much. Thank you guys for your services I can't get enough!
Food is okay, expected Quality from being a chain. Staff are friendly and quick.
Constantly hard ordering from people who speak poor English, and don't listen to what you say.. our orders get messed up constantly. I say no meat and the put meat in it all the time. I get it for take away and I have to check the food every time now. They really let us down all the time now... can't get refund over phone, and I don't want to drive e across the city to get my money back. They royally waste my time
Very nice staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. THE FOOD,did I say the food? It is fantastic! Flavourful and a generous portion for the buck. Visit Thai Express for a wonderful meal!
Its a good Thai express location but the standard and quality always varies. Usually its only made proper when the owner or his family makes it. Same case with the Mr. Sub across from it.

I went here on April 6th afternoonWhen I came in to order , A black girl saw me but she ignored me , and came inside, and went out to do her pickup order on the ipad , after 5min later , she took my order,but also gave me the attitude when she take my order , didn’t give me the napkins as well
Overcharged me by a $1 than shown on menu and would not change the price as I already paid. How hard is it to change the screen??? No sorry either.
