Avoid this place if you value your time. Waited 5 minutes at drive thru - nobody answered at the speaker.Walked in, waited 10 minutes in line behind a woman trying to explain what “fries with only cheese on them” meant. Poor kid behind the counter didn’t have the mental capacity to understand modified items. 10 minutes. He had to go ask someone what she meant. Language barrier maybe? Who knows. Clearly poor management regardless.Go to McDonald’s a few feet down the street. This Taco Bell doesn’t deserve your money.
Let's start by saying this is certainly not like the Welland Ave TB from the 90s. But it is, what it is. Drive thru is usually slow, but people ordering buckets of chicken can't help that any. I've had multiple trips through the drive thru, where I've gotten home to realize my Chilli cheese burrito was likely still sitting forgotten in the steamer. So I eat in for the best experience. The tables and floor are usually pretty dirty, unfortunately. But the food is still decent. Our last visit was totally accurate, with a lot of special orders, and it was all tasty. Kinda gross to find out when we went to refill our pops that they were full of little black floaty particles, and we'd already drank most of it. We will continue visiting, but the reality is, if we want an increased quality experience, we drive to Casablanca.
Delicious food, super fast, friendly, and helpful staff and service. The only drawback is the cleaning of the seating area. Was there an hour after opening, and the majority of the tables were dirty.
THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!! There was only one car in front of me at the drive thru and still had to wait 18 minutes for what they call “food”. But first, they tell me they don’t have fountain drinks. Then they notify me that they don’t have any rice for my beef burrito. Then they tell me that they have just enough chilli for my two chilli cheese burritos. Take a look at the pic I included of my chilli cheese burrito. Does it look like there is enough chilli? I’d have to take it to a lab in order to determine if there was any filling in it at all. Just keep folding your stale wraps over and over again and maybe the customers won’t notice. $14 for three tiny stale burrito wraps with no filling. Where is the management team? This place has been horrible for years now. They should be reimbursing their customers for the fuel they use at the drive thru, never mind the terrible “food”. Corporate really needs to step in. This place is tarnishing the company’s good name.
My fries were so soggy and disgusting. My chicken was clearly either very over cooked or had been sitting for a long time before being served. They also forgot to give me my crunch wrap BUT when I called to complain, the lady was super nice and helpful - which is why I rated 2 stars instead if 1.
If you enjoy timely and organized service do not bother! They do not open according to the hours posted on their door, sometimes there is no one to take your order in the drive thru only to walk in and see 3 workers hanging around the front counter. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Absolutely the worst !!You'll wait 15 minuets in the drive through,just to order then another 10 to get your half made food. Fries supreme had more sour cream than fries . Not barley any meat on anything more sour cream Than I needThey tried to forget my drink . They didn't give me a straw and the manager doesn't want to answer the phone. .Disgrace
Owner must be a joke. They are out of straws. For days!!!! I'm sorry its not the staffs fault but run to the store and buy some even the dollar store, don't just hand out drinks without them.The below complaints of not enough meat on the fries I would also put.on the owner he has probably told the staff to cut back to save himself money.I feel sorry for the staff, they were nice and apologetic.
Not meat on the fries supreme also no meat in my beef Crunchwrap supreme. Mountain Dew had barely any taste. Mostly club soda
there's not a lot of taco bells in niagara. drove out of my way to this one. didn't realize it was a taco bell x KFC. good food nice staff
