This was our first trip back to Canada in over 2 years and came just for Swiss Chalet ... it was even better than we remembered!!! The food was delicious and well worth the drive from USA. Our server was Kristina ... she was excellent and made our visit very pleasant!! She was courteous and quite helpful ... hope we will have her next time we return!!
My wife and I both took our daughter to Swiss Chalet as she wanted to eat there on her birthday. We are deaf so we used an app to write on for our order. The food was good but I noticed the server didn’t really pay attention to what we wrote. For example, we asked for water with lemon. Our kid wanted a kid drink. They gave her water instead. We informed them and that was corrected. They took her leftovers and discarded it without asking us if we wanted to take them home. We were charged for her birthday meal despite the placemat saying it’s free to eat on her birthday. We also had a coupon I received on Father’s Day. It was get one, get one free. Initially, we were given a bill with the full amount. I pointed this out and they changed it but the kid meal was still on the bill. I gave them a good tip based on the full amount, not the discount. I talked to one of the staff and all I got was an “Ok” and left. We sat there waiting. Nothing happened. So we left. Despite the good food, the service left a lot to be desired.
Came for dinner with my husband and my two children on a Wednesday night to walk in and find out Wednesday kids eat free!!! BONUS!We were seated then greeted immediately by our server Taylor! She was one of the best servers we have had, she was right on the ball and we never had to ask for anything! Even extremely patient with one of my miserable children at the beginning.We will definitely be back and hope Taylor will be working!What a great family night out !
Kristine was our server today and she was excellent! So friendly and kind. Our food was hot, fresh and tasty. 10/10 would recommend this location.

The cashier had great difficulty adjusting the tip for a 25.00 meal. She was reluctant (confused) on how to remove the 70.00 tip off my bill. Maybe the staff should be refreshed on how to operate or adjust computer generated bills?
I came in for lunch Sunday with my mom, The restaurant was really clean/well kept. We had great service by a really friendly server Christine looking forward to come back and eat in her section, food was hot and quick. Would recommend

Clean restaurant and service was great! Ordered a bowl of soup, cheese pierogis and a rotisserie chicken club wrap which were all good.Thanks to our server Aleigh- she was very friendly and quick!
Really enjoyed our dinner last night. Service was great. Food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and looked to be following all the proper covid protocols. The host was great and very patient, he helped us download the new QR code which is now required. We were very impressed as this is the first time visiting this location. We will definitely be back
