Hands down the best Swiss Chalet in the Niagara Region. This is our go to location always. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are the best. We have eaten in several times and have done take-out too. You should give this location a try, you won't be disappointed.
The food was fantastic! All the servers were so friendly and kind! We sat at Lorissa’s section and she was hilarious! Her and her manager got along great with our table and had all 10 of us dying of laughter! The chemistry between staff and customer is absolutely amazing there and we will definitely recommend and be returning!
This Swiss Chalet is a cut above other locations. The food is always consistent and delicious and portioned well. The staff is friendly and efficient. It is overly apparent that the servers, manager and owners really know their customers and treat them like family. It is a clean and well maintained restaurant. The impressive Montreal Canadians memorabilia adds a special touch. Bring the family and/or friends for dinner. You won’t be disappointed!
We went for Father’s Day dinner. Food was great. Server Bela was very kind and helpful. Will be back.

This place is great! Excellent food. The menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. The atmosphere is chill and the staff is really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Highly recommended.
Really enjoyed dinner there today. Got the old standby 1/4 chicken dinner with fries and a few extra items. Food itself was great tast and value. Full plate of freshly-made fries piled up with a nice sized chicken breast barbecued to the best of their high standards - not dry or undercooked- perfectly done! Our server was bubbly and prompt and checked on us several times without being overbearing. SW has been a favorite of mine for decades and while some locations are hit and miss this location on Vansickle really nailed it. Thanks to everyone there who made it such a great experience. Highly recommended.
Friendly, polite and caring servers. Tasty dinner every time. There are so many choices on their menu. If I don't feel like chicken, I order ribs or even a burger. Great place for a family dinner. And don't even get me started about that Chalet Sauce!
Surprised alot of the seats were worn out. Mens bathroom is in disrepair and smells like open sewer. Staff was very nice though
Ordered pickup yesterday, experience was very disappointing. Chicken was really dry and the sides were flavorless. Nothing tasted fresh, except the dinner rolls they were the only tasty part of the meal.
