Place use to be great, men washroom stinks like a urine, no soap in dispenser to wash my hands with, manager was very unfriendly when we ask him why we could not get CAA offers which we use to get even with their specials. No wander place was practically empty, that would be lost time for us to dine in that place.???
I ordered at the location for a double leg. Received a half chicken. The guy before me ordered a half chicken, confusion, they opened his, said it was a half chicken. They held out after double leg chicken and my name so I assumed it was correct. Not good guys!
Not impressed, in the least. Took my daughter here ( at her request),we were both unpleasantly surprised by the portions. I had a 1/4 chkn,a d she had 1/2 rack of ribs. I've never seen such a small drumstick/ back.and does 5 rib bones make half a rack?,,not from what I remember. Anyway ,atleast the dinner roll was warm. Such a disappointment, happily I won't return
A huge improvement over the last time we were there. We'd actually stopped going because we weren't impressed with the food at all. But that's all changed. Portions were w good size and cooked perfectly. Give it a try.
Swiss Chalet are consistently the same everywhere. This one was better because our server, Adrienne, was helpful and attentive.
ZERO stars would represent the service from GenevaSt, St Catharines. My review got changed by swiss chalet from the geneva location to burlington of which I have never been to, after a month of posting it, so I am reposting it. Came in to dine for 640pm and we got our meals served at 750pm with all incorrect sides for all of us, very little attention to our actual order. Very displeased, so disappointed. There was barely anyone around, not sure why it took forever and there was no one to complain to. So embarrassing to bring people from out of town to a place with such a poor service.
Soup was cold, pot pie wasn't cooked at all but the chicken was burnt... bruh if you didn't want to make my order just cancel it
Went for dinner with my boyfriend - Laura was excellent! Amazing service, quick and very considerate!
We went me and my friend for lunch, so many things to complain about, food was cold when was served, even not cooked well, it takes a while when we get the waiter attention, the guy at the door who welcome people was not nice and rude, when we went last week to the Swiss chalet in the falls, wow what a difference, I got back my trust in Swiss Chalet again, but not the one in St Catharines, I will never come back to this one, food and you name it is not good and poor service.
Tonight we ordered a family meal for dinner. The order wasn't ready at the time for pick up, but no worries with that. After arriving home we were missing butter for our buns and also a piece of Coconut pie. But the worst was the chicken this time for sure. Hardly any meat on our quarters at all except rubbery pieces.
