Best sushi in Niagara region. Everything is perfect, the food is fresh, the service is good, the environment is comfortable. At first I saw some comments said they took a long time to get your order. However, when we come on Friday night, food delivered was very fast and very easy to send order. Don’t have to wait for the server to confirm. Very surprising, we have a really good night at sushi paradise.
My mom and sister have been ranting and raving about this restaurant since it opened. My daughters have eaten there as well and just loved the sushi. HOWEVER, our experience there yesterday which was my first, was terrible.To start I called as I was debating between two restaurants, to check the prices and I was told that 4 of the children would be 10.99 and that myself and my oldest would be 27.99. thankfully I didn't just take enough out for that restaurant and had the difference because when I got there I found out that in fact 3 of us were actually 27.99.Then, we began ordering. We kept getting doubles of food and food was not being sent. We got raw chicken twice then the manager came to the table and told me I was "being picky" and that I "didn't understand their cut of meat." But, last time I checked chicken needed to be thoroughly cooked in all types of cousine.Furthermore, the food was not good. The deep fried brie cheese we ordered came out frozen in the middle, and the chicken as mentioned was either raw or it was pure fat. The noodles were cold and soooo salty. Halfway through the food started becoming slower and slower coming out. My daughter's octopus ball took 35 minutes to come out. Coincidentally at that time the supervisor showed up at our table to tell us that dinner is starting soon and to finish up (how rude!) And about 5 minutes after that the tablet you use to order stopped submitting food and said "ask an associate for assistance."We felt like we were rushed and pushed out of the restaurant. We were not offered a new working tablet nor were we helped to order things after that.It was a terrible experience and a waste of $148.00. never again.

Do not patronize.The prices posted on the take out menu and the price they charge are not the same.When I pointed out that I was being overcharged they told me to pay the higher price or I would not get my order.They said the menu had not yet been updated with new prices.When I made them aware of consumer protection laws I was told to leave.Menu price $11.99Price charged $13.99Yes..It's only $2, but it's the principle.Don't post one price then charge another.
Great food , Good service and reasonable price. Must try eel rolls and crab sticks tempura. definitely recommend.
I want your customers to know about my deep disappointment with your restaurant this evening. I brought my child and their friend, both 12. Stupidly I assumed that they would have a childrens price, given that they both eat very little and most places the area is 12 and under. Between the two of them they had an order of edamame, a cucumber maki roll and an avacado roll. To my surprise, when I looked at the bill…I was shocked that the total was near $140 for the three of us. I asked if I could pay for their rolls separately. I was told that if I wanted to do that we all had to order al la carte, and we had to tell them that before we ordered. I was NOT informed of this beforehand, or I would’ve ordered that way from the start. I was also NOT made aware of the adult cost for the two children. As you can imagine, I feel sick that it cost me $80 for a cucumber maki roll, an avocado roll and a bowl of edamame that if ordered al la cart would have cost me less than $20.

Delicious. Well made, fresh rolls. Nice atmosphere. My friend also ordered the General chicken which at most places is consistent but generic however it was surprisingly good. (the best one I’ve had anywhere: tasty good size pieces of juicy chicken and really good light breading)
The sushi was really delicious.Did not enjoy the deep fried items as much, they were very greasy.But the food for the most part was just delicious.It came out fast and fresh.Ate before 12, was very quiet and enjoyable.Priced fairly as well.
Service is fast sometimes other times it's really slow. Food is very flavorful. This is the only place I have seen with General Tso shrimp and it is to put it bluntly ... amazing. Best thing I've ever ate at a sushi restaurant.
