I went in for a sub today, but had to leave, the guy behind the counter was rude because I was wearing a mask. HE WOULD BE THE REASON FOR THE LOW RATING.PROBABLY THE ATTITUDE.I went across the way to Tim Hortons where they heard me no problem.
Great service and even better tasting subs. The young lady working was very professional even when she had a bunch of orders waiting to be filled and she was working alone.I don’t know if she’ll ever read this but thank you again!!?
I Ordered twice online. The first order didn't show up at all so we reordered after a refund. The second order the subs were totally wrong, toppings switched and buns switched. Couldn't eat either sub. Very frustrated. Two hours and two wrong orders and still no food. I wish I just drove to McDonald's. I didn't have time to deal with this nor the time to reorder twice. It's midnight I am now driving to get food. If I had just got in my car instead of choosing "convenience" I would have eaten, showered, walked the dog and been asleep by now. Not impressed.
Always great service at this location. Paige did an amazing job preparing my order tonight, working by herself under pressure with a line behind me. (With a smile and kindness!) I will definitely be back!
The employee was very nice and efficient. We felt no pressure at all to decide our subs. She had everything ready for the delivery drivers and can multitask very easily. Very happy with the food and service we received.
Only one staff and poor girl looked so tired and I think the spot where you keep your veggies is up way to high
When I arrived there were 3 staff. Despite a massive line up two staff disappeared in the back leaving one to try to help everyone alone. Ended up waiting about 20 mins. The one staff was great! But they shouldn't have had to deal with so many people alone.
First visit here ever last week was not a pleasant experience. But a good man named Brayden (hope I spelt it right) served me yesterday and it was one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food place. Super friendly guy, easy to talk to and didn't make it an awkward or bad experience. He made my girlfriend and I's subs perfectly. He also wrote his/hers on our subs which I thought was a nice little touch to add to the top notch service. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because of my previous experience and the bread not being that fresh this time around. Someone give Brayden a promotion!
lady who was working there was so stupid and had very negative attitude. we went there to eat something and when we entered she even didn't greet us, no hello or hi. we wait there for 10 minutes she didn't say a single word and keep preparing online order from a mobile. she was so careless didn't care about customers that someone is waiting. i didn't like service there and not going to visit there again.
I come here all the time and have spent a lot of money here throughout the years. I understood that dinning is was closed but since things have opened up the still don’t allow dinning , but what bothers me the most is the bathroom has been closed since Covid started and still today september 22 2021 your company still has not open the bathroom. Seriously it’s a toilet people and if you are open for business then take care of your customers and allow us to relieve our selves when we are the ones keeping your doors open in the first place. I’m not understanding with why you can’t let us use the bathroom of all things.
