They just keep assuming you’re order to save time which makes the order take longer and the customer more agitated. Wait until the person slowly provides the steps to take in order to complete the purchase efficiently.
Placed an order on the app. When I showed up the employees claimed the order wasn't showing up on their end. When I showed them my order confirmation AND my banking statement to show I had been charged, they said there was nothing they could do and would not give me my food.They did call later when the order came through and apologized for the mix-up.
Subway always has fresh food. Easy to transport. Selection is good. Tried a different bread this time, reasonable taste.
Awesomely friendly staff always ask how you are so polite and overall fantastic environment and make a perfect sub.
Horrible rude service\\n\\nStaff is Not friendly with customer. They talk in a very rude manner gave strange look to the customer. I think they are not happy with their job
Be careful when eating here. I quit eating Subway years ago after reading articles about how they put edible plastic filler in their buns, but decided to try them again as I was pressed for time. I had the assorted on white, with lettuce, tomatoe, onions, and olives. Across eating 3/4 of the sub, I found three hard pieces of something in it, that actually hurt my teeth when I bit down. I assume they were olive pits - but it would be weird to have so many defective olives in one sub....? As my teeth hurt after the last piece I decided not to risk it and simply threw the remainder of the sub in the garbage.\\n\\nThere are much better, higher quality sub places out there that I've eaten at regularly without finding hard chucks of stuff in them. Frankly I'd rather pay more and not have to worry about eating carefully, than to pay less for a meal.\\n\\nI've noticed sometimes people write things to try to get free meals, so I'm going to make it clear that this is not my intent - I have no interest in eating at any Subway ever again. My first Subway sub after literally years, and it was meant for the garbage. It was a pretty bad experience.

Me and my family just ordered 3 subs from this location using your Subway app: I wanted 1 footlong tuna sub, toasted with Swiss cheese and red onions.Instead I get a NON toasted tuna sub with NO onions, but instead lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and green peppers I never asked for (I hate green peppers, and I hate untoasted, soggy sandwiches). The other two were messed up in similar ways.I guess your app is not correctly communicating to you, the location, what the customer actually wants.Not a fun experience. For me to retract this review, I want the money back. I know it's not the fault of the workers.Your app is malfunctioning.
Tried to give my toppings request slowly to give the worker time to remember, instead she zipped thru and only gave me a chance to request 1 sauce and 1 meat topping literally , lol I just laughed caused others were in line and I didn't want to complain, but now I know why they usually ask, is there anything else? Haha, not to big of a deal though.
