I really like the people that work there; however, the music is way too loud and the temperature is set to freezing. I cannot go to this location anymore because those two issues change the whole experience. the music should be in the background and the temp should be warm enough to sit comfortably, neither of which are true. Until these issues are fixed this location has lost a daily customer. I don't understand how management doesn't do anything about it.
Lovely staff - The person at the window was super friendly and patient with my order, unfortunately I didn’t get their name. I only overhead the name of who was making my drink, I believe it was Chelsea, and they made it absolutely perfect :)
Love spending time and drinking coffee with friends. I take my little baby too as I love the ambience
Very sweet baristas who ask you how you are and want to hear the answer. They’re quick and excellent and over all very sweet people. Good drinks too!
Apparently the workers don’t know the concept of what a medium drink is and she had the audacity to tell me that a large drink was a couple of more cents than the medium after she handed me a large instead of a medium drink. I’m not one to complain about this, but when a customer says medium drink they mean a MEDIUM drink!
Mady working at the drive thru this evening was so incredibly amazing and had such great customer service. 10/10. Coffee was delicious as well.
I tried to sit and do some work but it was so cold I left. I heard multiple people complaining about being cold. It was warmer in my car in the first 10 seconds of getting in.
Everything is great about this Starbucks except the speed of service. There's always a long line up at the drive thru and the average turnaround time is 2 minutes per vehicle. If 10 vehicles are ahead of yours then you are stuck for twenty minutes. Good luck!
Went through the drive thru and the staff was great! My order was perfect and I believe her name is Nessa was lovely! This is my new store now I always have a great experience here
