I love the coffee, but 75% of the time I visit this particular store I end up with a spoonful of coffee grinds in my mouth as I finish the coffee.
Always pleasant when I visit this Starbucks! The employees are friendlier than a lot of other locations and definitely more so than Tim Hortons abysmal customer service.
Kat was honestly the sweetest person and really delivered on amazing customer experience while I was in the drive thru! She was super friendly and kept the conversation going!
Staff was pleasant, and gave me a heads up right away when my drink would take a bit longer than normal to prepare and provided me with quicker options if I wanted to switch. Store was clean, and it wasn't too busy for a double star day.
They made a special order treat for my diabetic daughter...she loved it!
Use to be great here but the new barista's don't know what they're doing, they are rude, and they can't make the drinks incorrectly.
Incredible fast service in the drive thru! Such pleasant gentleman serving me. When someone asks how you are doing? And then takes a few moments to chit chat while waiting to get your order, it makes all the difference. It was two men at 2:30 at drive through window. Please give them kudos and to keep up the great customer service!!
I can always count on this location to make my drinks correctly and for that I am grateful! A big cheers to the team for their order accuracy and a big thank you as well for being patient while I was ordering in the drive thru with our beagle baying in anticipation of his pup cup! Always a delight stopping by here!
By far one of the slowest drive-throughs I've ever been to the girl in front of me I guess works there and she's socializing with this drive-thru person for over 7 minutes the cars were backed up right onto Lake Street blocking traffic I do not recommend this place at all very disappointed in the manager when I brought it up to her that people have places to go and things to do and she says that they encourage their staff to socialize with people
This store is a joke, worst service worst product I’ve ever had in my past life from Starbucks. London fog tea latte???? Where is the tea???? Just sugar and soy???!!! And the cashier looks like the world own her a million dollars
