My daughter spilled her drink there and one of the ladies who works there was so sweet and sympathetic. She mopped it up and offered her a new drink. Thank you! You really saved the day and deserves a raise! Great service.
My friend and I are absolutely guilty of being the pain in the butt customers who want to try drinks that we've seen online. Each time we order, the baristas are patient while we work through our orders and the drinks are always made perfectly. It's an amazing crew working at this location!
Everything gets handled quickly without worry. Thanks to them.
Love their dark roast coffee
Disappointed with my visit this morning and the lack of customer service. I mobile ordered a decaf and it took exceptionally long today. I showed up at the store about 8-10 mins after I had ordered (for decaf they do pour over method) because I know decaf can take a few extra mins.My coffee took 20 mins, I had to keep reminding the staff to check on it for me and not one person acknowledged I was waiting or asked which order I was waiting for.Finally, my coffee was barely warm and didn’t have hardly any almond milk in it, when I had asked for extra.I kindly asked for a bit more almond milk so I could add it, and while I was telling the girl I only needed a little she told me “I’m still trying to open it” as if I was acting super impatient. Definitely didn’t have the good vibes going like the many other Starbucks I have visited nor the customer service.
This is one of the good ones, for sure. Good layout and friendly staff. Drive thru is reasonably quick.

MAYBE 3 WORDS HELPS WHAT I FELT WHEN I WALKED IN THE STORE "RUDE,ARROGANT AND DISRESPECT" THATS RIGHT I DONT REMEMBER IF I HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG BUT THATS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD FACED IN THIS STARBUCKS SOME EMPLOYEE THERE SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN A JOB UNLESS SHE TRAINED WELL AND AWARE HOW TO TALK PEOPLE BECAUSE WHAT I HAD BEEN THROUGH IN 1 MIN I FELT LIKE A I WAS 3. Great location in Prot Dalhousie.
Just getting coffee for the wife. She did not complain, so it must have been done right. Service was good and quick, only 1 person in the store. ? thanks
