I don’t go on a weekday, weekends usually best, being on vacation though why not? The food was great, but for me service is just as important, I am paying for food I could really make at home, but a treat to be cooked for and served. I see these great reviews for someone named Jade, and finally got to meet her. Amazing smile, super attentive, and very personable. She has been there for quite some time so surprised I don’t see her more often when I come. There is a lot of staff turnover so you’d think you’d have your top servers working more……Food is great, but do yourself a favour, ask to sit in Jades section, you won’t be disappointed, when the cost of everything is going up, eating out should be worth it!!!!
First time visiting this location. Was just as good as other locations. Seated within a minute, coffee came right away, food was ordered and served in 15-20 min. Everything was delicious and server was friendly & attentive. Of all the breakfast places we've been to from Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington and in between, Stacked is the best! Their home fries are far superior to any competitor. Any Stacked I've been to, I've left with a couple jars of jam, it's crazy good!
Honestly, I have a problem, and I'm not sure how you can help.... I am OBSESSED with the homemade ? jam. Can not and will not but any other! and I am halfway through this current jar already! great breakfast anytime we have ordered , but the jam is ??
I go here every weekend! The food is insanely delicious. The service is quiet exceptional for a breakfast/brunch place.The food does not match the prices as in the food is scrumptious for the inexpensiveness! Good experience. The portion was huge, friendly service, very busy location but we didn't wait so long for the food to come out. However, the fries that we had is very hard to chew. Hope it will improve, we will definitely come back soon.
Went to Stacked this mother's day with some friends and had an amazing time, the food will always be worth the wait. Our lovely waitress Jade was so kind and was there for us when we needed anything. Make sure to buy some jam on the way out, you surely won't be disappointed!
Ordered the egg benedict with fruits as side. Well, turns out the fruits were put in a tiny cup for dipping sauces.. it looked more as an afterthought than an actual side dish. What's worse is the fruits served were rotten, slimey and not edible or you'll get sick..The price has increased but the food serving declined. I can understand increasing prices due to inflation but keep the food quality. How do you justify the price hike if you serve bad food. I work in the food industry, I know that many restaurants do not use fresh ingredients daily but for those eaten raw like fruits, at least throw away the rotten ones! I'm sure the servers or even owners of the restaurant wouldn't eat those themselves. Very disappointed. This used to be my fave brunch place. Need to go somewhere else now.
My new favourite restaurant. The staff is always friendly and attentive, even on weekends when they’re busy with full house. Ive been lucky to get Carol as my server a few times and she’s great. The Canadian Hash is my favourite on the menu!
the breakfast was yummy..The service was good except I'm not sure why the waitress was in such a hurry to get my spot since there was hardly any customers at the time..Other than that she was friendly and I sure would recommend this place.oh by the way , strawberry jam with pieces of strawberry in it? rarely I see that..
