Great service, comfortable atmosphere and outstanding food. This is a must if you are looking for a relaxed lunch this summer. It was also very comforting for me to forget my Lactaid pills and enjoy everything on the menu. The variety was both balanced and affordable
MUST GO for vegans visiting Niagara Falls or the area. They were out of the mushroom appetizer when we went, so we got the seitan wings instead, and I'm so glad we did- they were some of the best vegan wings I've had, the maple garlic sauce was incredible. The mac and cheese was also very comforting and exactly what we wanted. I try to find vegan restaurants when I'm travelling and this is definitely one of my favorites and can't wait to come back to the area and go again.
We ordered our food via phone call around 145pm and they told us 30 minutes. So we arrive there around when it should be ready 215. The girl at the front told us it was almost ready. We didn’t receive our food until another 20 minutes later. The original girl at the front that was helping us had left because she was done her shift. After she left the other girl continued to seat and bring out food to people who had come in after we had already been waiting a while. The girl didn’t even talk to us to tell us a few more minutes or anything. She was more interested in talking to the cooks in the back. We could see the three of them munching on food also which I don’t think you’re supposed to be doing while serving food. But anyways she never apologized to us either when she brought us our food. Just overall horrible. We’ve been more than once also. We’ve tried to give this place many many chances. But it’s definitely a no. I don’t recommend it at all. There are way better vegan places you can find. Maybe not in st Catherine’s but don’t waste your money.
We have had take out for lunch here many times in the past year. It is difficult to find gluten and dairy free food that is nutritious and delicious all the time. They never disappoint and we continue to come back for more
The good: You can't get food like this anywhere. I've been three times now and the food looks and tastes unique and above average.The medium: I finally had the vegan wings on my third visit and they didn't disappoint for texture and flavour, though they could have been a little spicier and a vegan blue cheese option for side sauce would have been nice. My partner's potatoes wedges could have been crispier and needed more seasoning. She didn't finish them.The bad: it may not be fair to judge them on one bad day, but my wife and I went yesterday afternoon as a rush developed and our order got lost. We waited over an hour before it was noticed that our order got lost. We then waited over 15 minutes before I had to ask for the bill.They were very busy, but long periods of time passed where we got little to no attention.As unique as the food is, I don't imagine I'll be returning, and I don't think they'll notice.
I went here for lunch about a week ago and it was a great experience! The food is all vegan and there are a ton of gluten free options. The food was really good. I was blown away by how delicious, creative, and light the meals were. The only down side was the potato leek soup which was a bit bland. The owner was wonderful and it was a great experience. I am not vegan myself, but I would come back here again just because I enjoy the food.
Amazing food and amazing staff! Each time I am here the staff is fantastic and the food never disappoints. Every time my wife and I eat at this 100% vegan restaurant we have a wonderful meal and experience great service. Highly recommended.
Honestly they do best vegan wings we got sriracha lime they had the perfect amount of flavour and great texture & although they were deep fried they we not excessively oily. The mushroom caps were also a banger because they are able to make a great vegan pesto with all the flavour that’s nice & smooth. The beet salad also great. And the gnocchi although slightly mushy was made with really good ingredients (leeks, asparagus, peas). They have lots of drink options too only regret is that there was no room for dessert which just means we will be back. I also appreciated that our server although the only one working was still attentive and checked in throughout our meal. Highly recommend this place for very clean & delicious v food which I’m sure anyone would enjoy regardless if their diet.
Had a great salad, Mac and cheese, blondie brownie and beer. Atmosphere was nice. At least 5 other tables and this was the first week of not having to wear masks. Server was great. Menu was varied and tried a small portion of two other dishes and it was also flavourful.
