The deluxe chicken sandwich really tasty. Popeyes never made me disappointed. However, my favourite thing, chicken tenders sold out today when I visited the store.
Just ordered those new ghost pepper chicken wings. These were some of the best wings I've had in a while. Not only did the spice have a perfect kick, but they cooked them to perfection. The crunch was incredible, you have to try them!
For fried chicken in the area, it's a nice shop. I aim for a fresh batch of chicken, it has not failed me. I also only ordered pick-up. Also tried the new chicken sandwich when it came out here. Overall, my experiences have been good.
This Popeyes used to be a great restaurant. Today I ordered food to bring home for Father's Day. I waited almost 30 minutes and it was not very busy. Food was handled roughly and placed together waiting for items. I drive home. The order was not complete. We didn't get shrimp and there was a small side missing. I just called to complain. Mailbox was full. I called four more times and someone answered. Then told me to wait and wait I did, listening to orders being taken and beeping of fryer. I hung up after 20 minutes. Will call back when there is a manager present. So upset that our dinner is affected. We live 30 minutes away and I will not be going back today. Poor service. Poor customer service. Go to Niagara Falls.
So this is in regards to customer service experience. I love popeyes and the flavor. And I have eaten at many locations. Not sure if this franchise owner is cheap, but anyway. I ordered a family meal for take out and it comes with two large sides. I get home and they basically put half the chicken in one box and half in another on top on the side of onion rings. They hid the fact that they didn't have enough onion rings by stalking chicken so the box didn't feel light. The large order of onion rings had 5 rings. And I only got 2 dipping Sauces for tenders for a family meal of 4. Was extremely disappointing, but whatever I figured I can contact with them to have them give me a refund for the onion rings. Long story short, they won't give me one and are basically gas lighting me into saying I ordered a reg onion ring. But I have a receipt and we only ordered a family meal. The restaurant was also extremely busy and they did not have enough staff to manage orders coming in. Took 40 minutes to get my food. Lesson learned here: Probably either come when is quiet and check your food before leaving or don't come here at all. I wouldn't even dare ordering delivery.

This location (Bunting) has both terrible management as well as a mix of workers that plainly don't want to be there, and would rather argue with customers than fix an order they both incorrectly charged for as well as incorrectly made.If you like waiting over 40 minutes for your 15 dollar order, only to be met with cold chicken, terrible service, and forgotten items this is the place for you.I cannot stress the fact enough that at any other Popeye location the food is amazing, the service quick and correct. This is evidently a bad apple among what I'm sure is a great chain.
This location is always very clean, the food is your standard Popeyes delicious, service is always friendly and quick, the pop always tastes pretty good, I've never had an issue with them when ordering with Skip The Dishes, I frequently visit them and have never had an issue. I'm giving them 3/5 stars just because I can get sick of Popeyes food if I eat it too much since it is very greasy.
After ordering from here for almost 6 years, I have been very disappointed with the quality of product and service for the past two visits. The last time I visited I had to wait for almost half and hour for my takeout meal and when finally got it. The chicken was spicy not mild as per what I had ordered and I was shorted a biscuit and to say the least our stomachs did not tolerate the spicy chicken well. To add to the disappointment I left a $4.00 tip on a take out order that was a Hugh disappointment in more ways than one. After, a few months my boyfriend wanted to try again because he does enjoy the crispy tasty flavour we once had from Popeyes in the past, well no more. The order we received this time was ready almost immediately available, however the portions are tremendously smaller and not crispy but very greasy. Also, they seem to be out of mac and cheese for a side 95 percent of the time. Needless to say the second time that we have been sorely disappointed. We will now be going to other establishments for our take out chicken. We Miss the old Popeyes of St Catharines, Ontario. Shame!
Last 2 orders using Uber eats from the st Catharines location have been missing items. Uber eats refunded the first time but second time they out refunded 5 dollars of the order. Will not use this location again.
