Had to wait 30-40 mins for a pizza that was supposed to be ready in 15 mins and it came out cold and terrible also a woman was arrested with an axe in her hand inside the store while I waited for the pizza
Absolutely the worst location you can go. Go anywhere else for food downtown. Worse every time. Horrible service, you will wait for 30 minutes to be given cold food. Terrible, first time I wish I could give 0 stars to a business. Please whoever owns this business and those who work there, go do anything else with your life; it's clear you don't care to provide even the least amount of service, let alone your job.
Ordered & Received 2 Panzerotti‘s this evening one being a veggie and one being a cheese with pineapple and hot peppers and a order of cauliflower bites tossed in sauce, The panzerotti‘s had nothing in them not even pizza sauce. The delivery driver arrived with the order and refused to give me my change and when I asked where my cauliflower bites where he then proceeded to tell me it’s not his problem & that it’s the stores issue, he then also refused to give me my change back and proceeded to get into his vehicle and drive away radically. I really wish when ordering online you could pick which establishment your food comes from as this franchise has a very hard issue with completely orders properly. If you are thinking of ordering pizza from this establishment you’re going to want to think again.
The smallest panzerotti I’ve ever seen and the pizza had burnt crust, the other pizza was forgotten and the driver added his own tip of $3 after sitting in his car… overall terrible!!!
I visited this location recently and had the most amazing experience, was greeted with great customer service and fresh food, I would definitely come again!
I never got my pizza at all I ordered it 2 hours latter they told me sorry we are closed. Are you kidding me then sed the were there they called me and knocked on my door witch is a lie they never sis worst experience ever they showed up 2 and a half hours latter demanding I pay for the pizza I was only out side cus I wS picking up my food from a nether place so much for 49 minutes or free. Worst exi have ever had wouldn't order from there again if it was free.
