tried to order by calling store. guy who answered was so rude. said they don't do promotions and if you don't like their pizza don't call back and then hung up.
I've ordered online for pick-up at this shop many times before. (Mainly the daily deals.) Most orders are completed without error. The one time they gave me the wrong pizza, a few months ago, but they've replaced the pizza with the correct one. My experiences has been good.
Domino's is my family's go-to but I will admit if I feel like spending a little bit more money then this is the place I'm going to choose ! Yummy yummy
Ordered 2 boxes for dinner tonight. Arrived late and pizzas and French fries cold. Went outside to move my car back into my new last year, white concrete driveway, and noticed many oil marks. Trying to get through to the store to let them know so that the delivery person doesn't destroy someone else's driveway. Currently on hold for 16 minutes 11 seconds and noone is picking up. This is the second order that has arrived cold, therefore; my last time ordering from Pizza Hut.
I ordered ahead and it was ready right on time. The pizza crust was perfectly done. Service was quick. They have a board showing the status if your pizza and time remaining....nice little touch. I experienced friendly staff on my visit.
Placed our order online for the My Box (4 slice pizza & 5 boneless bites) went to pick it up 15 minutes later as requested through the app. Go in and were told there was an issue with the fryers and it would be an additional 15 minute wait (pizza was already cooked, sitting getting cold). Unsure why we were not contacted about the issue with the fryer once the order was placed, but we waited. We got home and sat down to eat, bit into one of the boneless bites and it was raw. ALL 5 BONLESS BITES WERE RAW, RUBBERY PINK RAW CHICKEN. Called their head office to make a complaint, and the lady taking the complaint didn't seem to shocked when I said they served RAW chicken. Will not return

Bought a pepperoni pizza and hardly any cheese or sauce...very dry..terrible...put complaint in but never heard anything back
My new favourite pizza place! Very good pizza and wings.
Garbage service. Called and ordered for delivery and a hour and a half later we call about our order. They haven't made it. Promise to make it fresh and deliver it themselves. Soggy and old pizza reheated due to the burnt toppings. Charged full and still delivery and received 2 and a half hours later. My guests went home and was unable to feed them. Garbage food and service.
