Have gone to this location a few times now whenever I'm in this area and I've never been disappointed. The staff has always been super friendly and double checking if I wanted certain things added to my order. I always find my pitas or salads fresh and taste amazing. And I can never get enough of their cookies. One of my all time faves!! Thanks for always being on top whenever I come :)
Stopped in for lunch 2wks ago. I was in a rush and thankfully the service was super quick & accurate. It’s rare to find good help, but the staff there is great. I’ll definitely be back!

Went into the store and the one girl was on her phone and the other girl was running around. The girl looks up from her phone and says “it’s going to be 15-20 minutes before I can take your order!” I said ok I can wait. She informed me that they had a crazy busy day and they had nothing up front to make anything. I asked if I should go to a different restaurant and she said well it’s going to be 15-20 minutes before I can take your order! Ok well you don’t want my money so I will go to a different restaurant and she says “ok have a great night!!” Not sure where customer service has gone but this lady had none.
Service was slow and unfocussed...they employees had an issue with the customer before me, (which took 2 of them to resolve while i waited...asked mw what my order was multiple times, then sent me out the door with an incomplete order
Zero stars should be an option. Got a wrap and a salad, brought to the hospital where our baby is in intensive care. They did not put the lid on properly, All of my wife's salad was in the bottom of the bag because of this. Called and asked if there was something they could do. They said we could bring the salad in the bottom of the bag back. She tried to explain that we are in the NICU at St catharines hospital, and that we couldn't just come right back. They said they couldn't do anything. Didn't offer to take our name and replace it later. We have gone to this pita pit quite a bit over the past few years. Won't be again. UNEEDAPITA is better anyways.
I usually have great customer service here but today was a huge letdown! The 3 smoothies we ordered were super watery and not good. I paid extra for one of them to have whey protein but they didn’t actually add it. When they were making the pitas, I questioned whether the pita was whole wheat and they said it was. Turns out the pita that was supposed to be whole wheat wasn’t and one that wasn’t supposed to be whole wheat was. As if all that wasn’t enough, I saved the worst for last. They marked the pitas incorrectly so my husband took a large bite of a bacon pita that was marked ‘steak’. Turns out the steak pita was incorrectly marked ‘bacon’. My husband is allergic to pork! It was a very expensive hot mess with really disappointed customers!!!
Decided to stop in for a quick bite after reading the reviews and certainly wasn't disappointed. The pita wrap I got was packed with fresh veggies and the southwestern chicken I ordered and it was flavorful and delicious in every sense of the word. The smoothie I got was also a refreshing little accompaniment to the slightly spicy tang of the ancho chipotle sauce. All this plus the quick and friendly service made for a great first time visit and I'm sure I'll be back again.Edit: You missed an N there in my name chief lol
Outstanding customer service provided by Maria! She was very welcoming right when you enter the door and ensures your food is made the way you want it! Absolutely impressed. Would highly recommend to everyone because of the great staff and amazing food. Once again thank you!
Frankly pita pit has no business doing shawarma or gyros because it disgrace the food its originally from. If this food is made in Europe or Middle East pita pit would close in a matter of hours because noone will buy their food. If you steam your pita means your pita not fresh if your proportion your meat that show how greedy and cheap you are. Pita not pressed on the grill enough to crisp it because you are in a hurry to sell your food. Your vegetables are completely cut wrong, noone dice onion cuz its harsh to the taste overall you are lucky that most of your customers probably never had real shawarma or gyros so they don't know any better. Meat has no flavor its just frankly Terrible. Spice your meat be generous with your portion its food do not be so bloody cheap and greedy.
