I don't know why we ordered from this place. Can't dine in, just take or delivery. So we ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza, 30 minutes... Then we can't sit and wait but stand around for that half hour. Not even on the patio outside. In that time 5 others came, saw us waiting, turned around walked away.Stupid place. Never ordering from this place ever again. For the prices and dine in, go eat at pizza hut.
We get a lot of our pizza with you guys at macturnbulLast nights order was not as good as your usual! I am pretty sure your sausage used to be the crumbled kind but this time it was paper thin slices that didn’t really taste like sausage.Your chicken wings are typically perfect but last nights were small, a little over cooked and hardly any sauce at all.Needless to say a bit disappointing.Chris.
Rude delivery driver, very hostile and argumentative both on the phone and in person. Greasy overcooked pizza and bland wings. Did not live up to the hype. There are far cheaper and better alternatives in the area.
Ordered online tonight and arrived when the receipt estimated my order to be ready. The friendly front of the house staff informed me that they missed my order and that they were starting it immediately. It only took an extra 15 minutes but they gave me a 12 slice pizza instead of the 8 slice that I ordered as well as an extra pound of wings. The food was great but the customer service was over the top! Love supporting businesses like this! Thank you!
Why the switch to the Heinz dips? Half the enjoyment is getting good blue cheese dip.

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery tonight. The estimated delivery time was an hour, but it took 1.5 hours. Not a big deal and honestly, the pizza was worth the wait. Best pizza I’ve had in a while. Ordered the dry Cajun wings which were also really great! & they have the best root beer too! I’ll be back! Also, thanks for being old school and sending blue cheese with carrots and celery. Love it!
The pizza and wings are awesome!!! We are from Kitchener and I wish that we had a place like the Pie Guy's. Nothing in Kitchener comes close to the pizza in the Niagara region.
Bought 3lbs of chicken wings tonight. The bag was so light (even with the celery, carrots and dip), that I immediately went home and weighed the portions. I understand they may be weighed in a raw state, but when you lose over half the weight, and only end up with 7 wings per portion, that was really off-putting. Unfortunately they were dry too so felt a bit ripped off for almost $40 after tax. I don't want to go as far as saying not to recommend trying them (taste was good), but Facebook doesn't give an in between option.
Simply the BEST wings I have had in a very long time! The cheese balls were fantastically hot and a good size portion. Will be back again.
