Years ago, when this neighbourhood pizza place opened up, it was fantastic: Consistently excellent crust, quality toppings and excellent service; and the wings were very good. We have ordered from them at least 30-40 times over the years. I'm sad to say, however, things have not been so great over the last 2-3 years. The crust is not consistently good, i.e. burnt to a crisp or otherwise much too soggy. The quality or brand of cheese they use is certainly sub-par; another aspect that has literally gone down the tube, so to speak. The service is still very good and for that we have always been grateful. This pizza, in my practiced opinion, is not authentically Italian by any means (as they advertise). I realize things have been difficult during this pandemic, however, the quality of their toppings, their pizza-pie curst, the buffalo style chicken wings, etc. were going downhill long before December 2019. I do like to support local businesses and have always been cordially vocal with the staff when something about our order was significantly off, but, they just keep messing up each and every time, forcing me and my family to try another small pizza place. Sad to say, but, this is what happens when a small business, initially with good quality control, exapnds ...... the product suffers.

We ordered the pizza and wing special 8 slice and a pound of wings. $31 the pizza was edible but there were only six wings two carrots and two celery sticks. I have always ordered wings by the pound and normally you get 8 wings per pound. The wings from Pie guys are no bigger than anywhere else. They do not return email complaints. I will never order from there again

Grab the wing deal on Thursday! Might be the biggest wings in St. Kitts. Also make sure you try the Cajun... salt & pepper with a touch of Cajun heat.

I've always liked Pie Guys Pizza. The staff is pleasant and it top of the line pizza. However it has gone down hill and the prices have sky rocketed. I've reduced my times of ordering there due to prices and not being ready on time mostly. I had just ordered another pizza there and was told 30 mins. I got there in 30 mins and was told "it will just be a few more minutes" and to wait in my car. I proceeded to wait for another 31 mins. Clearly the pizza wasn't even put in oven when I was told a fewmore minutes. I'm not one to complain or make scene. (maybe I should have) but I dont like confrontation. This is extremely poor management. I dont want a free pizza, I don't want an apology. Just know that you have lost a customer indefenately that has supported you from the beginning.

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery tonight. The estimated delivery time was an hour, but it took 1.5 hours. Not a big deal and honestly, the pizza was worth the wait. Best pizza I’ve had in a while. Ordered the dry Cajun wings which were also really great! & they have the best root beer too! I’ll be back! Also, thanks for being old school and sending blue cheese with carrots and celery. Love it!

Ordered the Works pizza and it was delicious. Wings were the best. Delivered before the estimated time. First time ordering, but won't be the last. Great job Pie Guys.

We live in the neighbour hood and went in tonight for our anniversary! Wasn’t aware of the specials but LOVED the date night deal! Amazing food and can’t wait to come back

Delivered pizza was not warm. Dry wings.Expensive. 40$ for an 8 slice and Lb wings (9 puny dry wings)I cook dinner from scratch every night and needed a break...However, PieGuys was not the local restaurant aid I required.I usually make my own pizza. I could not believe how much this crapolla cost.I learned a lesson and now have restored faith in HOMEMADE!

Very impressive service! I had placed an on line order and there was a bit of a misunderstanding with what I had ordered. Makayla was so kind, empathetic and efficient in fixing the order. Thank you for making my evening an even better one!! If I could gove 10 stars I would!

Great pizza and wings unfortunately they just can’t seem to figure out the busy times. If it’s going to be an hour and a half then just say so. The most infuriating thing is being told 45 minutes then wait in the parking lot another 45 minutes. Would happily wait in the comfort of my home until it’s actually ready. Spoke to many people in the parking lot while waiting and all said the same thing. We’re done as it’s happened too many times. Sorry guys, figure it out and I’m sure you’ll be the pizza place in town. Bye bye
