My review is mixed if you're basing this restaurant souly on the food well I have absolutely no problem, the food is awesome I had the beef vermicelli and my wife and daughter had the rare beef noodle dish again excellent food everyone is in agreement there... the problem is the stench coming from the restrooms . The men's washroom was disturbing to put it mildly unclean would be another word my wife had to hold her breath and wait until we left to use other facilities. In 2022 there's no excuse for this level of unsanitary condition. I really don't want to think what the state of the kitchen is in. As I said the food is excellent and I would have given Pho Ngon 5 stars hopefully they will right the ship so the only thing people will talk about is the food
Love this place! Our family comes here all the time. Super authentic and delicious. The staff are super friendly and the prices are reasonable. This is probably my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in the Niagara region.
Trying the newest item make my mind fly away, everything is fresh and yummy. This dish is suitable for group of 3 or more depending how much topping that you ordered. We had to take away some home because we couldn’t we finish it. It was a good experience.
Very tasty. People are very nice.
Very overpriced for some burnt pad thai and bad service. I ordered a half hour in advance, came in to pay and they wouldnt take my cash. i had to wait for 8 people to pay first before i could take my food. The spring rolls were ok but the pad thai was very burnt.
The food was great, the restaurant was clean and inviting and the staff was friendly. great experience!
I love this place!! Went here with some friends on a rainy day, very cozy vibes with the green tea pot and little cups! As a vegetarian it’s hard to find good veggie pho but this is hands down the most delicious veggie pho I’ve ever had! Not to mention so affordable and huge portions! Authentic Vietnamese food, all my friends loved it too ☺️ the broth was very yummy too
Amazing! We have eaten at many Pho places in the GTA. We were shocked at how good this is, everyone agreed it might be the best we’ve had. Ordered 511, 402 and 102 w beef…wonderful flavour, large portions of meat and well cooked with a nice char on. The peanut sauce w the 102 was crazy good!We cannot wait to go back and try the Pho!Also, what drew us here as opposed to some other Vietnamese was it passed all the recent health inspections from city of Niagara website. You will not be disappointed!
If you can afford it, go go go and try Pho Ngon. I started ordering from here just before COVID when an X-Large bowl was $11.99. Then sadly, prices went up after COVID. And then it went up again (can't blame the restaurant, price of everything went up!). It's now $15.99 for an X-Large bowl, so while I frequent it less, it is still by far the BEST pho I've ever had (and I've been to Vietnam). Its Cha Gio (the fried spring rolls) are ALSO the BEST ONES I've ever tasted. So, I save up my dollars, skip the take-out coffees, and use the money to order a piping bowl of pho here.
Love love love this place. I have NEVER found pho like they make it. Anytime we go get pho, it’s always “they don’t make it as good as Pho Ngon”10/10
