They advertised recently that they had new owners, so I figured I would give it a try again.Somehow they managed to be worse than the previous owners. They don't have the common condiments anymore (chili flakes, oregano, parmesan etc). They lie about the price, and give extremely small slices.I got a slice and they didn't even put it in the oven (When I get pizza I usually ask if they can keep it in the oven for extra time because I like it crispier/well done, but I didn't even get the chance to ask lol), then when I asked if they could, I was told that they don't need to, since its fresh. Legitimately the worst pizza I've ever had in my life, it tasted like it was made at 8am that morning and was just sitting there all day. The employee was just sitting there on their phone and looked like they hated being there.If I could give 0 stars I would. Save the money and go to the LCBO next door and buy a few beers instead, you'll get a lot more out of your money than going to this scam. I have never gotten a single slice of pizza in my life and left it uneaten but I honestly couldn't even finish my "slice" of this undercooked joke of a pie.Usually I wouldn't care to leave a review since it's just a slice of pizza, but this place was so awful that I feel incredibly passionate to ensure that no one ever goes here again. I wouldn't be surprised if they buy pre-made pizzas from the metro right next to the store, and honestly, if they don't, it would probably be a better option than the pizza they sell.
Went in for the first and last time today (Sunday) around 130. I ordered a slice of pizza and 2 cans of pop and was changed almost $10.00 when the sign outside says that a slice and can of pop was under $5.00… how does adding 1 more can ofPop add $5.00? My slice was taken from a pre made pizza he had sitting out on the counter and it was COLD. The pizza is extremely cheap tasting. Disgusting and an absolute rip off!

This was not a pleasant experience even when i phone her owner was very confrontation denying the poor quality as she said she made. Finally agreed to send new one after refund of money was denied return ..other sub was picked up. Avoid wasting 30$ here for the poor customer care are well as quality very rude owner not worth the stress and argument overa 15 $ sub just find better in city ,people who care about quality for a sub anda customer call i was kind til she kept saying i made this i know it quality. Outrageous behavior from an owner no accountability for poor quality refund was denied and told you want a new one or not i said i guess if i cant get my money i cant eat this over 12$ for 2 piece of meat and one another slice of other waste of hard money you want to treat a meal for yourself dont waste it here lot other sub places will treat their long time loyal customers better and ones who never complained. Steaks has been terrivle last 4 times never complained i said. Just changes ld subs. .now assorted gone only one left is meatbakl and unfortunately her attitude and behavior that sub is also no longer worth it. Yes im one customer. but id like to help other before you get that response for this lakeshore store owner. Remember she made it it must have been good. see for yourself
The pizza and customer service at this location deserves 10 stars. The lady's that run this location do a bang up job and I have only positive feedback from my experiences.I definitely recommend trying them out
