Delicious breakfast coffee was very good hot and fresh the waitress was so friendly and attentive made us feel so welcome great experience will be back for sure

Really enjoyed it! I hadn't been there in years. Waffle and fresh strawberries amazing! Loved that there was no rush to leave like the other much smaller breakfast restaurants. Great place to get caught up with friends❤️
They should really train there staff to listen to customers. When a customer says no drinks you don't bring them milk. The customer says no then they bring you a drink make you wonder if they have a speech problem. They should be more prepared to hear their customers and less to embarrass them in front of other patrons especially on mother's day 2022. Won't be returning any time soon.
Our ’date night’ is Sunday breakfast. Although we roam around restaurants throughout the Niagara region, we always include Perkins in our monthly rotation. We’ve had dozens and dozens of breakfasts there over the years and have never had a bad meal. The food is delicious and the staff are excellent. I love having a carafe of coffee on the table so you never have to flag down someone when your cup is empty. Full marks to Perkins!
Had brunch there last Friday with my daughter and son in law and grandchildren. It was fabulous. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. A very nice helping of everything. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back agin. When we have out of town visitors we take them there and they love. Great service
Me and my friend love coming here for the food but the service is disgusting. We came here once on a Saturday and the waitress we had, Helen, immediately came to our table with a terrible attitude, me and my friend were so taken aback by how she was treating us. She asked how we wanted our eggs and we asked if it was possible to be boiled, she rolled her eyes and said I don’t know it’s so busy, the restaurant wasn’t empty but rest assured it was not overly full. This was only one example of the rudeness we experienced. We chalked it up to her possibly having a bad day but we just came back again and had her as our waitress. There was no welcome just a what do you want to drink without even stopping fully at our table. The worst part of this second experience was when I asked for the bill and she just waved her hand at me and shouted very rudely one second. She came back with the bill and I said we wanted it split, she rolled her eyes again and left. I should not feel as if I am a bother to my waitress especially when I am asking for the bare minimum. I am not one to regularly comment on service but the rudeness and lack of care from this waitress was indescribable and ruined our experience both times. I would give this place five stars for the food and -1 stars for the service we received. We watch her treat the older folk with some respect but when it came to our table she seemed annoyed from the beginning. It’s such a shame that a workers attitude completely alters an experience and unfortunately makes the company lose customers who adore the food. Be better Helen.
Awesome! 9.5 out of 10! I had the (2) eggs benedict, which comes with pancakes and my daughter had the strawberry crepes. My serving so good and the pancakes were surprisingly perfect, accompanied with 3 syrups.My daughter loved the crepes and she was also very pleasantly surprised by the included scrambled eggs and bacon.Staff and service were very nice and attentive. Would definitely return.
They took 45min to get drinks on table worst service ever had told not to come back after they gave us all wrong food .
The Strawberry Waffle special was great.A large waffle with strawberries, whipped cream and maple syrup with scrambled eggs. Attentive service as well.
