This location was far nicer than we anticipated! We went there after a sporting event and were blown away by the atmosphere and calm ambiance.I ordered a wide range of foods. All of them were wonderful and "clean" in flavour (not too saucy or greasy).The service was quite quick, and the entire team was extremely helpful. Strongly suggested!
Normally this is my go to spot for quick delicious food, but today I'm met with disappointment as the location near me decided to close almost 30 minutes before they're listed time. I tried to call and no answer, I understand that not all menu items may be available at this time, but I still think a restaurant should stay open for the hours they are listed too.
Done with Osmos & this Branch for good. It seems like not having beef or even lamb is very common. Previously when asked about some extra red hot sauce & garlic sauce they were ok to provide. However today it just seems to have changed all of a sudden, they way it was communicated by the staff didn't make my experience any better. Thanks & best wishes to Osmos.
I don’t get a hello, I’ll be right with you. Stood there without the employees even making eye contact with me for 10 mins before while they did Uber orders. It’s not about waiting it’s about the lack of communication or caring. Clearly do not care. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this happens every time I go. And I continue to go because I like the food and it’s the only one around here but am always upset with the service when I leave. Try calling ahead of time to order 4-5 last times I’ve went and never once have the picked up. Even called them while I was sitting in the store waiting for my food and it’s like the phone doesn’t even exist. Food is good, but the owner of this place needs to teach their employees how to have even a bit of customer service.
Disappointed today. Food usually good but today Osmow's wrap was missing tomato and had pineapple added in error. Chicken was dry and tough. Greek salad was missing dressing and had way too much pepper.
This place is disgusting and filthy! Very very pricey and they try to rip you off of your food and your money. I ordered a falafel wrap and they made it look like they didn't understand me and made a plate instead for $17.99 plus tax, with white lettuce and a couple of tasteless croutons. Then they forgot, after waiting 18 minutes, to put any salad dressing on it! I will never EVER go back there, nor will anyone else that I know that were interested in finding a decent place for middle east food. They should close quickly and leave town with their heads between their legs. Let that first middle eastern place that was at the Fairview Mall before Taibah take over and do it right! Anyone remember their name? 2017 or 2018 I think? Cheap prices and wonderfully huge and delicious food portions.At this dump I felt like I just ate at KFC again where I always felt nauseated after their food too.
Very very bad experience, ordered food from this location through Door-dash while working from home at night cannot go out to buy grocery buy food as my neighborhood is jammed with snow, this store gave me rotten rice which was awe fully smelling , all store closed for dinner , can not eat this food as its rotten rice smelling bad and smelling whole container , i was damn hungry ordered large chicken on the rocks and i got smelling food ?, please dont do this again with anyone .We really liked your food so ordered , but not for such experience
I've had a few of their dishes, and really enjoy the shawarms on the rocks ('on rice'). The food is tasty, but is prone to getting a bit dry if you leave it for a while. I recommend either picking the food up or eating it there to avoid having it sit for a while.
Food is horrible! I am surprised why the food inspection agency is not visiting these disgusting food outlets. Horrible Horrible!! Kebabs used are frozen , microwaved and sauce on top . Anyone can fall sick .
Ordered a large Greek Salad, dressing on the side, received a small Greek Salad dressing mixed in, yet paid for the large! Was so excited to try this place out. Sad to say not enough soggy salad to feed my family!
