Cheap with the toppings when asked for extra mushroom, coupons suck read the fine print and charged extra cause of her mistake.. Disappointing
We ordered via Skip the Dishes. Apparently the staff member that made my wife's sub didn't feel it necessary to contain the toppings in the bun nor cutting all the the way through the sub. She called and complained and was basically told they didn't care and there was nothing they could do, even went so far as to blame the Skip delivery person. Very unimpressed
Very polite and respectful. Sub technician was the fastest I've ever seen without sacrificing quality. 10/10 would eat a sub here again.

I have been a long time customer of this location and the quality of service has gone down hill over the past while. It is true, the staff has been very skimpy with the toppings. The staff always seem like they are in such a hurry.Recently I was in the store and there were two people ahead of me. One wasn't wearing any mask and the other had theirs pulled down under their chin. It clearly states on the door that masks are required. It bothered me. The girl working said nothing.There have been some new staff hired in the past months that are not as good as the ones that used to be there. The service and standards seem poor now and nothing seems to be changing

Yesterday will be the last time we use this Mr. Sub location. I don't know about the other locations but we feel we have to beg the sandwich makers for more toppings. We spent over $24 on two sub sandwiches and my wife and I had to ask the girl 3 times to put on more toppings. That isn't right! The girl that prepared my double roast beef sub had a very uncaring attitude with me which I didn't care for at all. I've met the owner/manager, in the past and she seems like a nice woman, she even let me leave without paying one time when her debit machine wasn't working. I shouldn't have to beg for extra toppings. Just put a decent amount on and I would be satisfied. I don't like writing bad reviews but this one is deserved.
